    My husband just went from 87 kgs to 80 kgs in 23 days that too by brisk walk every evening and a little jogging.
    Im so proud of my husband and his morning diet was either sprouted moong daal ya kaley chane with cucumber apple and pear 🍐
    And lunch was brown rice half katori boil subji and boil daal with just half spoon ghee in daal.
    And no dinner but only milk and soaked almonds.

    Add cowdung, to the soil. For this we need cows, this is the only reason why cows, desi cows need to be conserved. Also, let goats and sheep sit in the fields for a few days. Increases quality of the soil.

    Wrong information. The Carbs are usually very high calories meal. So the general rule is in weight loss that less eat high calories meal and burn the calories more. Thanks me later 😊
    Also you can see that Ranveer is laughing with smile but he cannot tell her that she's wrong because she's a guest in his podcast 😅😂

    Weight loss is a very complex topic, because there are lot of things n a complicated medical science behind weight loss. According to my Research if u wana lose weight u should follow these
    Eat less calories
    Be physical active
    Manage and balance these hormones
    Leptin, ghrelin, thyroid and cortisol
    Sleep well
    Keep ur self away from stress
    Avoid simple carbs n include complex carbs

    Nowadays everyone has their own theory regarding diet and health ! Millet has been India's ancient grain. Other things were introduced later. Indians were a very strong race when their diet was not manipulated by invasions.

      @@Dreamcatcher108 Millets have serious side effects . Digestion is hard. I lost weight when I switched to millets but I lost hair too bilkul takal ho gaya thi. Kadar valli has books which we can follow but when we go back to tell the team they are nor open to critical feedback. That's sad and bad part. They interact only in what's app on groups.
      EAT wHAT YOUR FATHER and GRANDparents ate is the MANTRA .

      Agar apko zyada problem nahi ho rhi hai then you may extend upto 18.

      Weight loss bass ek hee fundamental rule hai.
      Calories in < Calories out.
      You can eat carbohydrates, kuch nahi hota.
      You will still lose weight and ofcourse be physically active..
