    Mera 15days me 5kg weight loss hua h with this diet. I can't exercise for 6 months bcz of c sec n hernia surgery to wo skip kiya h. Still on my way of loosing more weight... Thanks a lot.

      Same! But I'm literally so tensed about my body shape therefore I get motivated by seeing the clothes I want to wear and before eating any junk food I always think about my hard work for the weight loss journey!!
      Stay conscious before eating anything!!!!

      Don't cherish your cravings. Cravings are sign of deficiencies. First thing you need to do is to drop sugar and sugar drinks from your intake, Sugar prevents proper absorption of nutrition. Try just 1 week, thank me later!
