Hello ma’am; I hope that you see my msg and reply ; my height weight ratio is accurate ; I eat home cooked meal always. But I have stubborn tummy fat; it’s looks as if I have conceived; rest of the body has no extra layers of fat. My liver reports are normal. Due to work schedule my exercise pattern is not consistent.
