omg Ludmila, the taste of Cheese Bread Rolls is heavenly, the best keto and gluten free recipe I ever used. I experimented and replaced 1/2 cup of almond meal with 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds flour and 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds flour, I also experimented with different cheeses, herbs, etc and whatever I did put into rolls, they were delightful. I used it as a replacement for garlic bread, or even make a pizza base by short par baking and then adding toppings. This recipe is very easy to adapt to a personal taste and it has vast potential, however your original recipe is just superb as is. Forgot to say that I even added grinded pork cracklings instead of oil... omg, family went crazy Than you lovely lady for sharing it with us. Greetings from Serbia

Hi Chef: I am new to your channel but really like the content. I am looking for a Keto friendly pasta dish with a keto friendly tomato based sauce. I am a big follower of Dr. Steven Gundry. Not sure if you are familiar with him or not he is a proponent of eliminating lectins from your diet and tomatoes have lectins. Thanks
I don't think I have a pasta dish with tomato sauce recipe. I do have a few pasta dishes though on my website lowcarbabode.com if you want to check it out.
I don't have a recipe for gravy yet, but the way I usually make my gravy is by adding just a bit of xantham gum to the hot meat juices. This thickens the juice. Just be careful not to add too much as it quickly turn too thick.
Oh my goodness yes! I did a low-carb paste recipe on my website a while back lowcarbabode.com/homemade-keto-pasta/ but thinking it's time to update it or make a completely different one with less carbs.
I haven't tried it substituting it. It has unique properties - absorbs moisture and gives chewiness. It isn't cheap, but you just need very little of it. One bag lasts a really long time. Having said this, you could experiment with adding another keto-friendly flour, I just can't tell you how much or guarantee any results.
@@lowcarbabode okay thanks, just new to the keto baking thing so I have coconut , almond and can make oat flour but I'm not a great fan so far of almond flour in baking because of the texture. These look good though.
Sorry, I haven't tried it with just coconut flour. It is more absorbent than almond flour, so you couldn't just keep the same measurements of the other ingredients.
Does it taste eggy ? Please do reply for if l prepare and it taste eggy then whole thing will be wasted ... and its( ingredients) really expensive to be wasted

If you use liquid stevia put in some water heat ( It takes away the bitter taste) then add it to your tea

Can i use all coconut flour? Trying to stay nut free. I dont know the conversion bc coconut flour is very different than almond flour

I don't think it tastes eggy at all. But if you are that worried about the cost of the ingredients, I would just skip all my recipes with eggs 😉

It's powder from the brand NOW. Whole psyllium husk looks quite different.
