Hi, thanks for the video, this looks real simple and incredibly quick to get bread on the table in less than 5 minutes (T1 diabetic)! I haven't tried it yet because I need to order the 2 flours, and a flat bottomed ceramic bowl. I was wondering if anyone has experimented using larger quantities, and I would like to be able to double the ingredients to produce twice as much, or would that spoil the bread? I want to be able to produce for 3 people. Thanks again

This one here is similar but in larger quantity for the oven. Simply leave out the sugar and cinnamon and replace with salt to taste and your favorite condiment to taste (ex. Italian seasoning, granulated garlic, etc). The texture taste and consistency is amazing! Follow the portions of the rest of the ingredients exactly and you will get an amazingly delicious bread every time!

Almond flour is extremely high in oxalates! Oxalates bind with calcium, magnesium, and iron leading to mineral deficiencies and osteoporosis. Oxalates are also sharp crystals and are the ingredient in Barkeeper's Friend cleanser. Oxalates accumulate in all the tissues of the body over time, around the joints, and may form stones in the urinary tract and calcifications in the breast and prostate gland.
I was eating almond flour biscuits topped with almond butter and drinking almond milk and had terrible fibromyalgia, bladder pain, and trigger fingers. I also ate a lot of spinach, sweet potatoes, dark chocolate, and drank black tea. These are all high oxalate foods. When I found out about oxalates and went on a low oxalate diet, all of my pain issues went away. Almond flour is delicious, but not worth it. Use coconut flour instead.

soak your almonds over noght and then dry them around 105 deg. removes a lot of oxalates! its called blanching, ypu cal also remove skins when they have been soaked beforecyou sry, or aa above stated you can grind soaked almonds with fresh water and strain through a nut bag. You have almond milk/cream and use the pulp (dried). For almond flour!😊

Hello Kaynee, I love this bread recipe and I just wanted to share the tweaks that I did to make it carnivore. I substituted chicken/almond and pork/coconut flour that I made myself for the coconut and almond flour. Still had some carbs but not as many as keto and it turned out pretty good but I could still taste the egg and the chicken which I know if you add in some dairy it'll take that flavor away. So I made another batch where I subbed out one egg for a quarter cup of cream added just a touch of syrup heated it until warm in the microwave and added a half of tablespoon of yeast and let that sit for a few minutes to activate, but it's only for flavor. I subbed out the butter for a quarter cup of cream cheese. This didn't rise as well I only got two pieces instead of three but did it taste just exactly like bread.

I like to experiment a lot too... nice to have a recipe already tested. Tip, my Mother hand writes her fav' recipe then tapes inside her cabinet door. Or, on the 'frig with a magnet. To keep it on hand until memorized.

Ok, I got creative with this recipe !
Instead of spices, I used some Swerve brown sugar, and some sugar free chocolate chips & it came out like a small chocolate cake!!!!
    Perfect with my coffee!!!
    Thanks! 👍🏼

Congratulations! This was a brilliant video! I'm two months into a keto diet and came across this by accident. Your enthusiasm and charisma had me hooked and you made it so easy to follow. A week later now and I've just come back from shopping in town trying to find the coconut flour and the almond flour. Eventually, after trying three supermarkets, I managed to get all the ingredients for this recipe. I've just watched your video again and written down your instructions, ready for my first attempt at keto bread tomorrow. I am very excited, and optimistic, so I'll let you know how it turns out! Anyway, regardless of the results, I enjoyed your presentation and your very personable manner. Thank you!😊

I’m 1 week in to Carnivore-ish & my biggest sadness is no more tortilla. I did find Mr. Tortilla on a Prime Day deal so in a few days I’ll check it out but this is so much quicker & clean up friendly than cottage cheese bread (which I love btw). I can’t wait to get off work & grab this flours for some new tries. Going to dive into this garlic style with my steak adventure for camping this weekend!

Good question! You can bake this recipe in the oven. I would bake it at. 375 for 7-9 minutes. The time will depend on how wide your oven dish is. Watch it to ensure it doesn’t overcook.
