Erica, u were wonderful, I really value Ur tip on back not to b curved putting pressure on lower back, which is a common mistakes, at 5.11!!! Ur voice resembles to brihony, another yoga utuber, but I must say u r extremely humble, no unnecessary styles, and sticking only to yoga stretch, as per the title of Ur video. Plz stay this way. Thanx for sharing.
That's really great! Just one thing - never directly press o push your knees neither from inside nor from outside, do pressing on the muscles nearby. Old long forgotten traumas, misstepings, meniscus suddenly start coming to life and people just give up. Take care
