    Really loved the sequence progression and the cues were right on. Just moved too fast to get set properly with the inhales and exhales (which work really really well). Maybe I just have a big lung capacity, and my nervous system responds better without rushing. Anyway, great work here.

    Hi there! I can hold for about 2-3 seconds that too my legs are shaking a bit and my feet are not flex and are slightly apart. Am I on the right track ? Thank you!

      Find two large books or stack them about the same height.
