      @@FirePhoenix1221 People say that abs are made during the spring/summer and in the kitchen when one starts cutting down on fat, this is not entirely wrong but it's half the truth: Abs are a muscle group just like all others and training them will indeed make them pop up more since they do gain mass and definition by training them

    Hi, I'm 13 year old and I did your 15 minutes core workout for calisthenics skills too and I completed it in 20 minutes. And this workout is not that hard either. And I'm a boy obviously.

      It’s a start :) make it a goal to do it in 10min and in the hardest variation. You should get there in a few weeks if you do this 2-3x per week. -Gabo

      It was harder, but this is a great starter and you can add weighted ankles.

    This five-five shit is awful, don't do this: it breaks the predictability of the flow and erodes trust.
    If you want to make a finisher longer, just make it longer.

    Gabo, can i get to your level of control someday? I've seen some people who are very very strong but very few have control in their body like you do. I watch how you work hard every single day on Instagram, that really motivates me and tells me how should i keep patience and keep practicing the basics. But i still need some words from you.
