It's a revelation to find a guy who is as flexible as I am but also has incredible functional strength. You are getting me through quarantine. Every morning I wake up and look forward to my daily yoga/workouts with you. Your knowledge of combined disciplines really resonates with me. I started as a classical ballet dancer and now I do aerial rope training to keep fit, as gyms don't excite me at all. It is so great to find someone who works with extreme ranges of movement, flexibility and muscle training. Thank you Gabo you are by far the best I've found online! Starting up with plyo, which "wakes up" your nervous system followed by a strength exercise which in combination recruit those high-threshold motor units and after that going gradually into more pump oriented exercises, when we're already fired up. :) Good job and great workout! Hey Gabo, I would really like to see a follow along routine/workout for the planche, (maybe a front lever tutorial also, but I really struggle with the planche) I have always wanted to learn the exercise, but feel so lost on what exercises to train for it. Every time I see a video on UA-cam everybody just saids to do the tucked planche but I can barely do it with poor form for only 5 seconds or so. Thanks again for the great vids Gabo
There is a lot more to the planche than what the current "professionals" call progressions. Don't worry there are many more videos to come on methods of progressing and how to use current level skills to progress!
My favorite part of the video is that I just learned a new explosive 🧨 chest exercise!!! Jumping from wide grip push-up to Diamond 💎 push-up!!! Here comes more gains!!!😀 Thank you for the knowledge also!

Your Dad is a good sport. He is a larger man, so those exercises are clearly more challenging for him notwithstanding his own calisthenic training experience.
Just did this workout... amazing; rarely felt such an heavy load on my chest in 5 min! How many times do you recommend doing this to make a full workout (three times, say)?

I would also play with the variables (intensity, tempo and reps) - making different angles work on different energy systems if that makes sense =) but as always listen to your body and train smart according to your needs 🙏🏼 with love, gabo

Just one request tho...Pls make another push pull legs workout follow along video...some of the excersise are hard like handstand pushups....but for me the pull workout is pretty easy,I did 4 sets of it and added reps and still didnt feel like it was a challenge to me....but that's just me tho.

I struggle with it too and the main thing I thought when I found your channel was that I would never be able to get that flexible and progress so much in yoga because of my scoliosis. Seeing that you have it as well didn't make me happy because I wish you nothing but heath but it did give me a bit of hope. Could you do a video about scoliosis and how are you handling it? And the stuff I should be careful about starting yoga with scoliosis, I'm really afraid of injuring myself or making scoliosis worse. Again, been loving your channel since I found it, hope u are doing well :)
In order train adduction you can do ring push ups/flys I started with ring knee push ups which felt a bit weird, making the exercise harder by using rings and going easier doing it on the knees.

Should I stick with the timings and only adapt the exercises for a begginer level or keep your exercises and insert more breaks in between? Which should be more important here, time or exercise levels? Thx a lot for all your work and content!
