Hey Folks, So after my 1st video of fixing my A/C squeak with oiling my blower motor bearing, now 1.5 years later it's starting to squeak again, so I'm thinking about re-oiling it or just buying a new blower motor for my BMW E65 E66. This video will help you fix your problem with your BMW E65 E66 if your A/C or Heater seems to turn on but it's not blowing strong. The problem is your blower motor which is located under the glove box on the passenger side. Hope this video helps:)

I have a 2003 745Li and have had to replace the blower 2 times. I was using the cheap $35 versions (they lasted about a year each) and finally just went ahead and purchased the $300 OEM version about 2 years ago and it is still running fine. This channel has saved me a ton of money repairing my BMW on my own. When my blower first went bad the local BMW dealer quoted me $4K to repair it and said it was a major AC issue. I didn't fall for it thankfully, and found this channel which allowed me to repair it myself for $35. That was 6 years ago and the AC is working fine. Haven't had to go to the dealer since then. I'm about to replace the CCV valve vent covers as my engine has a rough idle and squealing a little (Error codes P2189, P2187). My BMW is at around 165K miles and I hope to keep it going up to 400K if I can. I purchased it new and it has been a pleasure driving it. I've done a few upgrades on mine (increased the sensitivity of the accelerator pedal, installed a battery conditioning system) I actually purchased a BMW computer system ($400 and it came with a laptop) that allows me to reprogram the vehicle like the ones they have at the dealer. Amazing what you can do with these vehicles.

Tried the oiling. Whit me it worked for 3-4 months. But it's Squeaking only when it's blowing hot air. So probably on clod air is harder to squeak.

Is blower motor gone if running air bleed test for coolant system and nothing happens but a click and no air bubbles rushing to reservoir?
