Wow, thank you so much for this video! I just received a bunch of dragon fruit cuttings from Amazon, some American Beauty, some Yellow Dragon. I live in SW FL, and I know dragon fruit thrive down here, have one growing along my back fence but is spread all over the place on it! Your video shows me I can put them in pots, contain them more than just planting on posts stuck in the ground, I think I will buy a bunch of 4 gallon pots from Lowes and try this, thanks!

Coat the wood exposed to soil in linseed oil to keep it from rotting.

Awesome patio dragon fruit farm that you have there. Am sure that it is a lot of work to keep everything watered and healthy. Thanks for these videos! My neighbor's dragon fruit tree is drooping all over my fence, so I'll support it better on my side, and make a bunch of cuttings to replant elsewhere. It's flowers (whiteish yellow) are >6" diameter and I'll hand pollinate them when the time comes.

I have it outside in a 10inch pot. I started to get some yellow spotting at the top of the stem. I think it may be due to freeze burn. Will it be ok? Thank you for your time.

Hello Richard , First of all I'd like to thank you for sharing all your knowledge about Dragon Fruit and it is really informative. I'm planning to put up a Dragon Farm in a one hectare lot , would you advise me to put all the the dragon fruit in a 20 Gallon pot with fax farm soil OR just use the existing soil of the lot to save on cost. One hectare lot can install around 1500 to 2000 Trellis max.
