How long do you wait for cutting to callus on cold days

Good ventilation is more important than air temperature to the callusing. Cuttings should be sufficiently callused in 5 days, even in cold weather.
Also, there's no rush to plant them after callusing. Protect them from direct sunlight and they'll be good for weeks.
