    Chris you have absolutely changed my hair I’m so greatful! I discovered your videos and immediately bought new everything based on your recommendation and have been following your routine for about 2 weeks and my hair is heaven. Coming from the girl who has frizzy wavy/curly hair, who people use to tell me looked ratty, now I can’t actually believe how amazing my hair looks. Thank you so much I can’t recommend you enough! 😩

    The best advice i ever got was from an African-American coworker. She suggested a bonnet to wear at night, and i have ever since. It helps keep my style AND helps keep it from getting too dirty at night.

    I did it, you convinced me, I went and bought the redken volume injection shampoo, and the all soft conditioner today. Omg my hair! As well as the moroccan oil leave in conditioner i bought last week... yaassss queeeeen!! Thank you Chris!
    I oil my ends before putting my hair up in a loose, satin scrunchy at night, by the morning it's all soaked in and glorious. I mixed my own blend of jojoba, little bit of argan, and a teeny bit of castor. I've noticed length retention I haven't had in years! I sold my ghd straighteners about a year ago, and I only use a hair dryer and blow dryer brush now, but I always put in a separate heat protector, my current one is a wella one, because I don't trust other products that claim to have heat protection included, even though the heat I use isn't much, I always want to make sure my hair is properly protected, and you confirmed that for me.

    My daily hair routine is...brushing my hair and that's it🤣I've learned that, if I do it right when I wash and style my hair, it'll look ok until the next wash day. If I wash and style it the wrong way, my hair will be a nightmare, no matter what I do every morning.

    Hi Chris,
    I have been binge watching your videos lately! I have fine hair that gets oily so fast. I am already using the olaplex oil and the leave in conditioner, but I currently use the pink pureology volume shampoo that you said you disliked in the video. Why do you dislike it? I tried the redkin volume shampoo before and it made my hair very tangled and frizzy. I haven’t found the perfect shampoo for me yet & I think that’s my only missing link to having a great hair routine. Thanks!

      @@human-tk2fo that’s not cleaning anything though, it’s just adding more conditioner to your ends. I can go at least a week without washing but the day after I wash my hair (and every day after) it just doesn’t lay right. The ends flip out because they are very fine. If I don’t use a flat iron my hair is all wonky. I have been using the suggested products and blow drying as demonstrated and still have this issue-help!

    • @justjan2576
      @justjan2576 Рік тому +3

      This was EXACTLY my problem. But here's what worked. In addition to the actual wet brushes he recommends, the Wet brush brand also has a boar bristle brush that changes the way my ends behave. I brush with it in the morning, trying to distribute oils from my scalp and was amazed how much it helped my flippy wonky ends. Also a silk pillow case (could use satin). After watching several of his blow drying videos and using his technique, I no longer need a straightening iron and I had been fiercely dependent on it. The key for me there is using the Olaplex bonding oil lightly through mids and ends in the morning and Im able to go without the iron. I could not do this with any other oil I've tried before, but that one is great on fine thin hair. So in summary:
      1) Wet brand boar bristle brush each morning and touch up during day
      2) Silk or satin pillow case which helps prevent kinked ends
      3) Binge watch his blow dry vids for technique (Im doing better with regular dryer vs the Revlon dryer brush. It's just too hot for my hair, but have ordered the Amika he recommended in the comparison video). His technique of drying both underneath and over the top, and checking if the hair is overheating makes my hair much straighter.
      4) Olaplex Bonding Oil, can use daily in the amount your hair can handle. Love that stuff. Adding that after following his blow dry tips gave me great results

      I think she means into her pillow case. She says a minute before that she used to use a silk scarf or a silk pillowcase.
