Never thought a big buff guys youtube videos would be what changes my hair, but... here we are!! My hair is finally growing again after YEARS of trying. 💖💖
@@sonny297 I am using Amika shampoo "the Kure" in the green bottle and for conditioner I use Amika deep conditioning mask. I have been washing my hair (trying to) every 3 days. I have naturally fine thinner hair though and am in my 20's.
Also, for dry shampoo I was using expensive ones from Sephorasuch as Living Proof, but the "not your mothers" brand "clean freak" works just as good, if not better, for me. I get the Tapioca one that smells like vanilla, but they also have unscented too.
Props to you for not blocking your advice behind a pay wall, I'm so tired of people offering hair tests and advice but only if you pay and it's usually not even the good tips. Really appreciate what you're doing I can't wait to get my healthy hair back.

Is there a skincare version of you? Seriously. Your haircare advice is everything, and the only advice I trust from now on. I actually get excited to watch your videos knowing that I will actually learn something valuable and productive from them. Thank you for everything!
I think that's a silly idea. You really think that there's some miracle product. I can't imagine that his advice would be any different from what he already teaches.
Hi, I agree. I speak from personal experience and my grey hair is definitely finer and more fragile. He would probably recommend the same products but might have some tips on how to manage more delicate hair. Good question that you have asked in my opinion not silly at all.
OMG! Almost 50... and have been struggling with fine hair thinning and hair loss (some because of post chemo stage 3 breast cancer survivor and some because of menopause). Chris, your videos have helped me learn so much, my hair has never looked more vibrant and I think because my scalp is healthier, my hair might just bounce back in my very thin spots. Thank You SO much! Keep putting the info out there!
Similar situation! Breast cancer survivor (chemo and radiation destroyed my skin and hair) and radical hysterectomy and estrogen blocking meds (Tamoxifen) which kept my hair thin and crappy… finally getting my hair back after following Chris’s advice. Not shampooing my ends and nightly hair oil has been a game changer for me!
Agreed Thyroid Cancer survivor, radiation, chemo dried my skin and hair , then thyroid issues keeps your hair and skin dry , love love these videos and tips , stay healthy ladies
would love if you’d address hair loss/thinning after menopause…tips and tricks for thickening/healthifying your hair (not just illusions to make it look thicker) thanks so much, your videos are great!!
So thankful I found your videos. I used to wash my hair every other day and now I can go 4-5 days between washes. My hair has never felt softer, fuller or with less frizz. Thank you so much!
@@afiajannatarpy6734 I am wondering the same....seems like no matter what shampoo I use, i cannot go longer than 48 hrs before I have really greasy roots. And I have been obsessively washing my hair the way he recommends
i just bought some products he recomends/ some loreal professional shampoo and mask, i hope in a few months after following his directions i can say the same thing u did!
Thank you Chris for everything! I bought the products from your recommended list and it was a game changer for my coarse hair! You‘re the only honest hair specialist on here and the only one I trust!
Same! I hesitated because the initial cost seemed a little steep, but like he says, I no longer have a hair product graveyard and I only buy a small amount of products. I also went to washing every other day which saves on products and time.
@@BlowoutProfessor I am using his "haircare trinity" but can't get past 48 hrs before roots are super greasy. I don't know if there's hope for me to ever go 3 whole days
Please make a video about hair care for people who exercise a lot! I work out and sweat 5 days a week, so I can’t just put my hair in a dry bun and shower my body. 🙏🏼
I've been following this routine for about 3 weeks (along with your guide on how to wash hair properly), and oh my god THE DIFFERENCE. I went SIX (6) days without washing my hair and it didn't even look that bad. The👏routine👏works👏people 👏
I can only assume that all the comments on here are fake. This is a scam. They're trying to trick you into getting into your IP address so they can steal from you
@@lisabuckner243 hey girl I saw you didn’t get an answer but I would check out his channel page because I’m pretty sure that’s where she’s referring to hope this helps :)
What about naturally curly hair? I think the main difference is we usually need something like a gel to lock in moisture and lock out humidity and hold the curl. I've been experimenting with a simple curl routine consisting of a leave in and a gel and my hair looks so much better than when I was trying to layer so many products.
I have followed your advice on haircare for just 3 weeks and I can see and feel huge difference already. I was honestly considering chopping it off, thinking that I am 38 and I thought it was just about time due to my age. I found your page and have started to incorporate some of the things you advice about and oh boy, if feels amazing and looks so much healthier already. I am really excited about my hair journey from now on :)
I had to come back to this video to say your advice about leave-in conditioner changed my life! I had no idea there was a difference between "leave in conditioner" and "leave in treatment". After I watched this video, I went and looked through my "graveyard" and sure enough I had a bunch of treatments, but zero conditioners. I went out and bought some leave in conditioner, and followed your routine and wow... I swim, have color treated hair, and as I've gotten older my hair has gotten a bit dryer. My hair was a MESS. But all the "treatments" I was unknowingly using was just weighing my hair down and making it almost sticky! I didn't even use top quality products, and this routine made a world of difference; I can't imagine what it would be like with better products. Thank you so much for sharing all your "hair wisdom"
Your advice has truly changed my hair life. I now use the trinity process, plus blow-out cream, and my hair has never looked better (after a lifetime of problem/frizzy hair). When I found your channel, I tried the routine with drug store products, and there was a noticeable improvement, but my hair still had problems... it had flyaways and couldn't hold style. Yesterday, I invested $100+ for shampoo, conditioner and a quality blow-out cream. Today I am amazed! I mean, just wow! My hair is smooth and sleek and light and feels like it will hold. I must admit, I was sceptical about having to get the expensive products, but you're right, this was a really good investment. I'll get a better leave in conditioner and hair oil on my next pay cycle to finish it off. I'm completely converted and never looking back. Thank you 💖
If you buy the jumbo sizes for shampoo+ conditioner, it's really not that much, especially if you're not over-washing. This goes for any other products as well because you won't actually be using much of it. I think this is more affordable than having too many products in your life because you're unsatisfied, or always looking for something better. Good hair oils can also be expensive, but again, not really. I have super long hair, and it lasts me forever because you aren't supposed to be using much of any product. It lacks the gimmicky part about where you're constantly buying and consuming, which is a total waste of money!!
Wow! I added the Leave in conditioner and oil on ends. My hair looks great! I also shampooed twice! Thank you! I thought all these hair UA-camrs were loosely disguised infomercials. You genuinely want to just help people have the best hair.
The hair graveyard is real... one thing I'd love to see a video about would be routines for those of us who wash our hair at night--working in healthcare I take my shower as soon as I get home from work to avoid spreading germs around, and styling to last is difficult, so I just kind of gave up and let it air dry for years now.
I still blow dry no matter when I wash. You can still style and get up and go. He has some specific videos for certain styles as well, but just going to sleep (I use silk scarves and have silk pillowcases, bonnets work also) doesn't do anything bad for my hair. It's pretty much get up and go.
You should try the overnight heatless curls. You just put a little oil in, wrap your hair with a robe tie or something similar in size and wrap your hair around it before bed. In the morning you should have nice curls! There are many videos of this on UA-cam!
I wash at night! All I do is on wash nights (twice a week), after it’s dried or at least mostly, I use the bathrobe belt curling method over night (plenty of videos of this on UA-cam and it’s super easy once you’ve done it a few times) and stick it up in my bonnet. In the morning I take it down and have beautiful curls (with NO heat!). It lasts for days with hairspray at least for me (everyone is different). Every day the curls get less tight and by day 4 it’s just wavy but still pretty. Then I do it all again after washing. Best of luck to you!
I air dry mine for years. I dislike blowers, never liked the sensation, the noise they make in my hears. Then I was given a cold blow drier but I still have no patient for the ritual. I can, max, use it for a minute - and I feel I am already struggling to continue on. I also don't use a brush. I have it and occasionally I touch it, but is like... one a month or ever two months - I just know its a lot of time and I also don't fancy it. Styling is just roll it on the back and lock it with a clamp. Cant live without a clamp.
I love your videos - following your healthy hair routine with salon quality products has honestly been a game-changer for me. You've done videos on how to get the perfect blowout, making your blowout last etc but I wish you'd do a video on styling naturally curly hair. It would be great to see a video with your tips on things like blow-drying techniques for curly hair, diffusers, maintaining your curls (especially as most curly-haired people have dry, coarse hair that can go a week or more between washes) etc. Thank you for sharing all your invaluable information with us on UA-cam! x
I’ve watched you from the start of your channel- thank you for keeping it real! My hair is so much healthier and I’ve saved a ton of money. I decluttered my useless products and I couldn’t be happier.
When I used cheap shampoo my hair was amazing . When I started to used high end everything on my color treated hair i started to have problems :( . Now there’s nothing I can to have pretty hair . It’s dry and brittle most of time unless it’s wet
Thank you for your 4 step process videos. I was able to fix a lot of my hair issues, by changing my shampoo, conditioner and using a leave in conditioner. The products I love are by LOMA. I didn't use Moroccan oil even though I have coarse hair, because my hair is also fragile and brittle and LOMAs nourishing line was amazing. Every now and then I drench my scalp and hair is actual oils. I just want to say, I was one of those people who think all this salon stuff is a marketing gimmick :) but because of your videos I learned that there is some value of salon products and I have invested in litre sizes of the products that work!. Thank you for making these educational videos. They are very helpful.
I’ve been struggling with my hair for almost 3 years. I follow this routine and my hair looks soooo much better after only 3 days of doing it. Thanks man!
This man speaks truth! The first advice is gold, I don't understand why nobody talks about this and the hair graveyard phenomena is true, especially the heavy hair which is something I'm experiencing right now! And social media is increasing this issue, people using oils, bonding products, three or four different leave-in conditioners, masks, conditioner props to you for mentioning 'less is more' hair needs to be washed, it needs to be clean and moisturized on the ends, all we are doing by using all this unnecessary stuff is clogging our hair follicles and entering a cycle of moisture overload which is real! I fell into that trap I have to be honest... Only to get weighed down hair 🙄 and my hair type can handle a lot so this says a lot! If you want beautiful hair stop spending all that money, it's not worth it.
Sunscreen? Oil? How do you protect hair while in the sun 8hrs a day? Your system has healed my fine hair this winter and I want to maintain it. Thank you for my hair!!!!
My hair gets very dry in the summer since I walk a lot .. especially the ends and I end up cutting it and being left with short hair during the winter till it grows back out and the same thing happens all over again.. so I finally realized I need to avoid direct sun by not going on walks before 4:00 and also get a UV protective Hat .. they are not cheap though, but are worth investing in.. Solbari website has a lot of options on different styles and colors and really good reviews.. I’m yet to buy one but will be soon for this upcoming summer.. also sealing your hair with good oils like argon every night will help prevent dryness..
BEST blow dry results in all my 55 years! He knows his stuff! I’m struggling with using the heat protector! The first time I tried to use that ‘22’ on a small section of my hair with a flat iron, it literally sizzled! I don’t what I’m doing wrong!
What about is curly hair or wavy hair girls that have to use curl creams, mousse oils etc would love a hair routine wash routine etc for wavy curly hair girls
Ive been on the fence about buying professional hair products for so long. I follow a local hair gal who has a shop like yours and makes reels about why it’s essential.. I’d on to her online shop add items to my cart but could never have enough courage to check out and actually buy it. I watched your videos and fell in awe about everything you’ve explained! I was so excited to buy the products you’ve mentioned. I bought the fine hair kit, the hot sets & blowout cream from your shop and my hair is amazing!!!!!!! Like amazing amazing. My little 10 year old brother saw me watching you and was like your really taking hair advice from a bald guy? Yes, yes I did 10000% and you teach so well! Thank you so much for being so awesome Chris 😅
Omg man is so true. I used 6 Olaplex leave my hair super super dry. I will never use it again. Looks like I dye my hair when I use Olaplex 6 . But I like the 7
1. You need a healthy scalp. Yup. I have a dermatologist and you. It’s a slow process but I see Improvements. I suspect the scalp condition is due to bad products formally used & unknowing former stylists. I’m depending on you! I have nearly all products you recommend for fine, thin hair & it’s helping the hair. Thank you so very much for being as careful, scientific, and generous in sharing as you can be.
I'm Italian and I learn so much from you! I bought all your recommended products (except for pureology because it is not selled here but another leavein spray) and now I'm so happy with my hair! It bounces so much and I can see it is finally growing😍 I have medium hair and the most game changer for me was the clarifying shampoo and the moroccanoil treatment on already dry hair🥳 THANK YOUUUU!
I am a black woman. My hair texture is different. I absolutely love your techniques. I may try that Moroccan line that you like but right now I have a huge bottle of Nexxus shampoo/conditioner and I really like it. I hope Nexxus is still considered professional and top quality.
Thank you! I've been using leave in conditioner and oil _when I felt like it_. Now I know to use it more diligently! And I've become more religious about applying a good amount of heat protectant before curling. Curious about what is best for days in between washes (should I apply more hair oil on day 3?), this has already been massively helpful!
My sister tried to convince me to trim my hair since she saw my hair was finally growing (thanks to following Chris’s healthy hair routine) All I could think of as she spoke was Chris leaning over this counter saying not to let hairstylists convince you to trim your hair so often 😂 I said, NEVEGEN SISTA! 😂
I remembered back in my school days, some of my friends being jealous of my long hair, and telling me theirs didn't grow. I remember telling them even back then :" How can it grow, if you keep cutting it?". 2-3 cm every 2 months is about the rate of average hairgrow.
Day 3! Never before. Didn’t even need styling this morning. Fine thin hair short bob. Natural blond with a few highlights. Getting complements that color looks great. He talks about color in the diagram of hair structure. Amazing!
Finally, someone who understands hair properly and products properly. So many times people are so quick to push products on others because it makes them money! Yet there are so little products needed to look after the hair! Simple routine, regular trims and hair will be at its best and stay there!
Personally I love using oils on my hair it really makes a difference I’ve noticed I use the oil at my ends before I shampoo and once a week I put it on my scalp and massage it for a few minutes I haven’t had dandruff in years because of this just my own experience with my straight/ wavy hair do what works for you though❤
I have learned sooo much from your channel. I can wear my hair down for 3-4 days now (fine hair), maybe 4 in a bun but sometimes just down, without dry shampoos! I know what to look for when buying hair products, know how to properly wash my hair (kung-fu all the way!), know how to sleep with my hair and it just looks amazing. Thanks Chris and team for sharing your knowledge!
@@d26s10 Sure! These are all tips I've learned from binging all videos from this channel and incorporated into my routine (I only use a different professional brand of products mostly): I first wash with a bit of Redken Hair Cleansing Cream Shampoo (watch the video on this channel to learn kung fu shampoo and get your scalp really clean). I don't get suds on the first wash, so I wash it a second time with a milder shampoo from Oway. I use the everyday shampoo, because I received it as a tester, but going to try the volume shampoo next. After washing I apply one pump of Oway everyday conditioner (they don't sell a volume conditioner, but this works for now) in my ends and mids. Comb it through a bit with my fingers to help distribution, wash it out, put a towel over it, get out of the shower. Next I spray a bit of OWay No-Rinse Moist Conditioner on my ends and mids, comb it through and airdry it with a hairdryer. I don't blowdry it with a brush, and make sure my hair doesn't feel hot whilst drying. Then, I put in some oway heat protectant, brush it through thoroughly, and style my hair on 175 C with a straightening iron in small sections. Lastly I put a tiny bit of oil in my ends and we're done! At night I put my hair in a very high, very loose ponytail with a satin scrunchie. Next day, I brush my hair slightly, maybe a bit of extra oil on the ends, and I'm good to go! Also make sure to wash the scrunchies, clean your brush and iron regularly. It took some time to figure out how much product my hair can handle and still be enough to actually work, so that'll be different for everyone and a bit of trial and error the first few times, but hope this helps! My hair is fuller, feels healthier and I get lots of compliments 😄
@@ingebesteman thank you! I like Oaui. Their products smell divine! Love that ‘clean girl’ vibe. I’m getting there with my own regime... just trying to get down to two hair washes a week but sometimes I cave and do three because the oil build up feels gross. I do three scalp washes and keep washing until I get lots of loose suds. First wash I get nothing, second the suds come and the oil is loosened and third wash I get plenty of suds with minimal scalp massage and know my roots are clean. I sleep with a silk bonnet and that’s helped keep my ends from drying out and my frizzy roots at bay.

I dont understand all the comments acting like this is revolutionary. I mean it's great advice but any curly haired youtuber will tell you to use shampoo and conditioner, a leave in and an oil/serum to seal it in. Maybe it's just not well known among straight haired people?
Just found your channel! Subscribed and getting my hair game right, FINALLY!!! Reading the comments… a lot of people are happy with your guidance. So I am jumping on the train. Thank you for being on here ❤❤
Thank you! It is so refreshing to have someone educate us on how to take care of our hair. There is so many products out there and I was a sucker for it all. Nothing worked until I started following you ❤
Hi Chris! Any advice for fine hair in very cold, dry environments? I use your recommended products and they work really well most of the year, but my hair does end up dry and staticky when it gets extra cold in Minnesota.
I use a hair masque as well and sometimes I will take the time to leave it in my hair for 2 hours (in a hair towel) while watching tv or doing dishes, etc. My hair ends up being so soft and healthy and manageable.
I believe cold is one the reasons I lost half my lenght, tail bones to the middle of my back 😭😭😭😭😭 I wonder if an heat protector couldn't be an answer. 'Cause I wonder like heat, if extreme cold wasn't good for the hair. But yeah, like everybody I think an hair mask might do. You could also try a leave-in and put it several times during the day. For instance in the morning and at night, or morning, mid o'clock, night. Having your hair loose will not help keep the moisture in neither.
thankyou for this. !.....so helpful ....just seen your video....and have been upsold soo many hair products.....that stick to my hair like poop to a blanket......ive sorted my hair products out.....65 differnt things.....well...ive thrown them out..........and taking your advice.....one week on .....such a difference. !....thankyou for your video.....

Amazing video! I have been trying to improve my hair for the past few months and this is exactly what I needed to hear. I do notice that if I don’t use even a little bit of hairspray or other styling creams in my hair that it is lighter and softer and bouncier. I have fine hair but it does look really nice and healthy when it’s taken care of properly. Thank you for giving us just the basics and not trying to sell us products. I know this is going to work and get my hair back to where it needs to be. You are the bomb!
So you changed my hair game! My guy is a hairdresser but I never knew what his magic was when he does my hair in the salon. He just mixes a bunch of stuff together and my hair is so bouncy and nice. Until I wash it! I get alot of free products from his rep but Im not a hairdresser so I don't know what to do with all of them. Long story short I use really good shampoo and conditioner I get from the beauty supply store but thats not enough. Or so I found out from your videos. I got all of the ones you suggested based on my hair type and used them on my hair today. My hair looks and feels like I went to the Salon today!! Thanks for your expertise!!
Thank you for sharing your skills. Since I was diagnosed with MS visits to the salon are a challenge. God bless you and thank you so much! If I'm ever close to your salon I will take my daughter!!!
I don't have the leave in spray yet. Still I'm trying to follow this hair routine with what I have. Already my rough tangled hair is so soft and bouncy. Thank you chris. Thank you so much.
Thanks for the explanations 😊 during years I used shampoos and conditioners for dry hair and even masks… and I didn’t know about the moisture evaporating thus my hair was always dry. Now I try to apply your advice. I have just begun but I thinking that I’m on the right path. Thanks 🙏
What method did you learn from him? He is not good in the language. He relied on the translator. He has dry, coarse hair, frizz and split ends. I want a picture of the products he recommends for dry hair.
@@امانيروان-ت9خ his idea is that if your hair is dry then this means that your hair is damaged. If you have coarse hair, click on the link in the description of the video. You will get a test and then you can see which products are good for your hair type. Basically what I do now - I use a professional shampoo and conditioner - I use a leave in conditioner after the shower (pureology Color fanatic) - then I use a protective gel before blow drying my hair - when your hair is warm, your hair is dry : switch to another section of hair because otherwise you will damage your hair - put some oil on the ends but not too much - try to wash your hair less often Look at the videos with subtitles and slow the pace of needed. You will learn some interesting information.
Anyone else who got damaged hair after using the recommended products?😓 Did the test, bought and used the products exactly as described. Hair looked good after the first times and I got from washing them 3 times a week to only one time 👍🏼 But now after two months they are dryer than ever before and are breaking even on the top of my head 😭 never experienced breakage before
I have always loved redken but I never would’ve thought I was using the wrong redken products. I have androgenetic alopecia so I have fine hair. I followed his fine hair recommendations. The redken volume injection shampoo & conditioner & the redken jelly stuff for blow drying literally changed my life. I’ve been using a blow dry brush for awhile now & my hairstylist told me they were horrible for your hair so I stopped using it. Well. I started using it again because I loved how much volume it gave my hair. I just didn’t tell her. 🤷🏻♀️ Now, adding his tips on how to use the blow dry brush properly, I don’t feel as bad about it. They’re a game changer. I like the Lange one because I feel like it does the same job as the revlon with less fly aways. ❤️ If you have fine hair, take it from me… definitely worth it. 💯
If you are using a leave-in conditioner, should you just forgo the conditioner in the shower? I have medium density long hair. I only wash twice a week, but I find if the conditioner is too heavy, I have to wash more often.
Thank you for your videos! I went from 2 to 3 days between washes thanks to your advice on how to properly wash your hair! So simple yet I never thought to do it before! Genius! Great video. I have been doing everything you recomend. The blow dryer brush is a game changer for me. My mother kept our brushes so very clean. I can't get them like that. Can you show a video on hairbrush cleanliness. A dirty hairbrush just grosses me out.
Coconut oil is the only thing that works on my natural curly hair. Just a tiny bit while it’s wet and no dry frizzy course hair just natural shine. Shine not greasy. I also use coconut spray in conditioner.
Honesty is the Best policy, Obviously your Mother brought you up well. I'm going to try the leave in conditioner, but bit unsure about oil , my hair right at front of head is growing unbelievably dry and wirie, resembling hay and feeling like hay. Yes front is were main part of grey is, and Yes my devoted hairdresser dyes roots, and God love her elbows spends ages straightening it ( I 've very thick hair) I feel so sorry for her. But rest of hair at back is nothing like front ( God's felt sorry for me, and gave me a brake). Some days I get up looking like a troll, hair standing up like I've had a really bad fright, suppose I did when I saw myself in mirror. PLEASE, If You have any advice, I'd be so very grateful. Read sulphate in shampoo can coarse damage/dryness/frizz. So sorry for whining. Thanks Very Much for Your So Far, Much Appreciated.
I like how straightforward you are with us dude, snd i watched these vides before washing my hair and I just changed how I wash my hair, and still didn't put any products of the other vids, but only the coconut oil after the shower and I swear to God I feel a lot of difference 🤩😆
Would you be able to do a video focussing on the top section/roots? Which products can go higher than mids. Following your videos and product recommendations, I am now able to go 5 days between washes and my mids to ends are great. But my roots area is where I still have frizz and maybe dryness. Thanks!
@@lalabell2 I do use dry shampoo on the last day or 2. I couldn’t find the recommended pulpriot in Canada so I just use one from Costco. The shampoo and conditioner are the REDKEN volume ones.
A random lady stopped me in the airport yesterday to tell me how shiny and tgick my hair looked. I told her to check out your videos because it was the reason why!
Right, the ends lose moisture quickly, but you still have to blow dry before applying oil so you can’t really lock in the moisture just yet. Doesn’t that dry out the ends even more? I’d love an answer 😊 Thank you for this video!

Same here, Susan! It’s almost like being punished for having cancer, isn’t it? I’m 52, had Stage 2 when I was 45. Stay well 💕
Agreed Thyroid Cancer survivor, radiation, chemo dried my skin and hair , then thyroid issues keeps your hair and skin dry , love love these videos and tips , stay healthy ladies
Aww you guys! I’m so glad to read you’re all survivors and now you have healthier hair too. 🎉❤
Hi Chris,
I colour my hair every 4 weeks . My hair got dry frizzy of coloring . plz tell me what to do ?
would love if you’d address hair loss/thinning after menopause…tips and tricks for thickening/healthifying your hair (not just illusions to make it look thicker) thanks so much, your videos are great!!
Love your minimalistisk and rational approach to the hair routine. Can be applied to many aspects of life. Little is more and no to consumerism!
Buying anything is consumerism.
So thankful I found your videos. I used to wash my hair every other day and now I can go 4-5 days between washes. My hair has never felt softer, fuller or with less frizz. Thank you so much!
What are the products you use?
@@afiajannatarpy6734 I am wondering the same....seems like no matter what shampoo I use, i cannot go longer than 48 hrs before I have really greasy roots. And I have been obsessively washing my hair the way he recommends
i just bought some products he recomends/ some loreal professional shampoo and mask, i hope in a few months after following his directions i can say the same thing u did!
Can you please do a video on curly and wavy hair? How to style it, treat it, products, etc. thanks.
Thank you Chris for everything! I bought the products from your recommended list and it was a game changer for my coarse hair! You‘re the only honest hair specialist on here and the only one I trust!
Amazing! 🙏

May I please ask where you got his “guide??” Thank you! ❤
@@lisabuckner243 hey girl I saw you didn’t get an answer but I would check out his channel page because I’m pretty sure that’s where she’s referring to hope this helps :)
Noice 😊 I can't find my shampoo soulmate 😢 that's my issue
I’m so jealous of Chris’ partner/mom/sister/dog…. They never have a bad hair day.
😂😂😂
I love trinity healthy hair routine! My hair had never been this soft and amazing before. I'm glad I found your channel
🙏
Agreed. I used to need a ton of aloe vera during the week but now I use zero extra product.
Hey Chris! I have very frizzy high porosity wavy coloured hair. Have been following your hair tips for a year! Changed my life! Thanks so much ❤
Chris you rock!! In my eyes you are the God Father of hair care. You call a spade a spade and not swayed by big hair business.
Appreciate you Patricia 🙏
LITERALLY! The best hair videos on UA-cam!!! So educational! And makes the hair routine so simple, yet effective!
Thank you 💖
Fab!
Best of luck to you!
same. like, not washing after havingbspent all daybat hispiw sick ppl is just a no-go
I air dry mine for years.
Thank you for sharing all your invaluable information with us on UA-cam! x
I think he specializes in straight hair, at least that is what all of his advice seems geared toward.
I love Chris! Basically few products but INVEST in good ones. Yes the shampoo is $30 but it makes the difference ❤ you save money in the long run!!
Thanks man!
Hi Chris! Can you also make a video about going gray after coloring hair for years? Taking care of colored hair etc? Thank you for all the great tips!
Good oils /sealing oils like argon grape seed oil /almond oil help with prevention of dryness and split ends..
Thanks to you my hair is the best it has ever looked in years🙏🏼
Same here! I’m so grateful ❤

Wear a hat
👒 wear a hat
My hair gets very dry in the summer since I walk a lot .. especially the ends and I end up cutting it and being left with short hair during the winter till it grows back out and the same thing happens all over again.. so I finally realized I need to avoid direct sun by not going on walks before 4:00 and also get a UV protective Hat .. they are not cheap though, but are worth investing in.. Solbari website has a lot of options on different styles and colors and really good reviews.. I’m yet to buy one but will be soon for this upcoming summer.. also sealing your hair with good oils like argon every night will help prevent dryness..

It bounces so much and I can see it is finally growing😍
I have medium hair and the most game changer for me was the clarifying shampoo and the moroccanoil treatment on already dry hair🥳
THANK YOUUUU!
I can't find pureology in Spain, what leave in are you using?
@@mrodriguez5079 Not sure if this product is in Europe but I've been using the Ouai Leave-In conditioner and it's wonderful.
Can you please recommend more leave in conditioners as the color phanatic is not available in india . Love your videos.

Tell her to quit trying to sabotage your growth efforts 😆 "I see your hair is growing, you MUST cut it off!"
I remembered back in my school days, some of my friends being jealous of my long hair, and telling me theirs didn't grow. I remember telling them even back then :" How can it grow, if you keep cutting it?". 2-3 cm every 2 months is about the rate of average hairgrow.
I don't understand how come you don't have 100 000 000 followers yet ! You are amazing. 😊
Can you please make a video on best hair treatments to manage frizzy hair. For eg - Keratin, botox etc
Hey Chris, hair oil on damp hair before blow out or after in dry hair?
Please share! Would love to know what you’re doing with fine hair
@@d26s10 Sure! These are all tips I've learned from binging all videos from this channel and incorporated into my routine (I only use a different professional brand of products mostly):
I first wash with a bit of Redken Hair Cleansing Cream Shampoo (watch the video on this channel to learn kung fu shampoo and get your scalp really clean).

Hi Chris! Any advice for fine hair in very cold, dry environments? I use your recommended products and they work really well most of the year, but my hair does end up dry and staticky when it gets extra cold in Minnesota.
Try to use a hair mask to add extra moisture in your hair. Morrocanoil weightless hydrating mask is great and what he recommends.
I use a hair masque as well and sometimes I will take the time to leave it in my hair for 2 hours (in a hair towel) while watching tv or doing dishes, etc. My hair ends up being so soft and healthy and manageable.
For the static, he recommends unscented dryer sheets. And it works!
I believe cold is one the reasons I lost half my lenght, tail bones to the middle of my back 😭😭😭😭😭
I wonder if an heat protector couldn't be an answer.

I started to do all of that, and i definitely have a good results. Just need discipline 🎉
Can you please share other great leave in conditioners for fine hair mostly because it’s soooo hard to find a light and good one ♥️
I don't have the leave in spray yet. Still I'm trying to follow this hair routine with what I have. Already my rough tangled hair is so soft and bouncy. Thank you chris. Thank you so much.
You have absolutely transformed my hair! Could you maybe do a routine and recommended products list for men as well?

Basically what I do now
- I use a professional shampoo and conditioner
- I use a leave in conditioner after the shower (pureology Color fanatic)
- then I use a protective gel before blow drying my hair
- when your hair is warm, your hair is dry : switch to another section of hair because otherwise you will damage your hair
- put some oil on the ends but not too much
- try to wash your hair less often
Look at the videos with subtitles and slow the pace of needed. You will learn some interesting information.
Anyone else who got damaged hair after using the recommended products?😓
Did the test, bought and used the products exactly as described. Hair looked good after the first times and I got from washing them 3 times a week to only one time 👍🏼
But now after two months they are dryer than ever before and are breaking even on the top of my head 😭 never experienced breakage before
I have seen a lot of people say the redken and pureology really dried out their hair :(
Thank you for paring down products and explaining the “why”!!
May I ask what is the redskins jelly stuff and what is the blow dry brush you are talking about . Thank you
Should you use a clarifying shampoo? I have hard water. I have naturally curly hair. I use gel so my curls stay nicer longer. Is this bad?
Best hair advice on the internet ever ✨✨✨👌👌👌👌
A month ago...I purchased all of your recommendations for my hair type, and my hair is responding well. Ty!
Hi Chris. Please make a video about if its worthwhile to get a keratin treatment/ brazilian blowout. Thanks for your amazing advice!
If you are using a leave-in conditioner, should you just forgo the conditioner in the shower? I have medium density long hair. I only wash twice a week, but I find if the conditioner is too heavy, I have to wash more often.
Can confirm, I absolutely LOVE my hair now!
Thank you for your videos! I went from 2 to 3 days between washes thanks to your advice on how to properly wash your hair! So simple yet I never thought to do it before! Genius! I wish you did a video on curly hair- not how to curl your hair, mine is already curly, but how to maintain your curls. Thanks!👍

Good I'm glad you cleared that up for me. I wasn't sure if the leave-in conditioner was applied first or the oil, thanks for the video.
Please do a Video about Henna..is it good for thin Hair ??
I trust this man with my life
FYI the pureology leave in has a different bottle now. Was in Ulta a while looking for that specific bottle
It’s still the same. Check out Sephora.
Great point 👍 They're transitioning to a new label. Some places have new... Some places have old. Same product though!
Would you be able to do a video focussing on the top section/roots? Which products can go higher than mids. Following your videos and product recommendations, I am now able to go 5 days between washes and my mids to ends are great. But my roots area is where I still have frizz and maybe dryness. Thanks!
Yes, great suggestion!! I’d also like to know if there’s anything we can do for stronger roots.. a.k.a. less shedding.
I can never go 5 days between washes . Do you use any dry shampoos or refreshers in between the days you wash ?
@dogLover He's recommended the Pulptriot(not sure if that's spelled correctly)dry shampoo.
@@lalabell2 I do use dry shampoo on the last day or 2. I couldn’t find the recommended pulpriot in Canada so I just use one from Costco. The shampoo and conditioner are the REDKEN volume ones.
@@user-mw3wr8ze6w Thank you! I tried dry shampoos in the past but my hair didnt' take it well
A random lady stopped me in the airport yesterday to tell me how shiny and tgick my hair looked. I told her to check out your videos because it was the reason why!
What's the best leave in for super thin, dry, fine hair?
Pureology or Redken One United. I have the same hair as you. I use the Redken xx
We need someone like you but for skin care!
Right, the ends lose moisture quickly, but you still have to blow dry before applying oil so you can’t really lock in the moisture just yet. Doesn’t that dry out the ends even more? I’d love an answer 😊 Thank you for this video!
hi Chris, can please u make a review on Aveda hair products 😢
