Hi, I had a repeated fault on the low pressure EGR even with trying to use various DPF cleaners in through the temperature sensor hole. In the end I removed the inlet butterfly valve before the turbo and ran the steam cleaner down the EGR pipe to the cooler with the engine running and the vehicle slightly angled upwards….. Perfect fix that was 12 months ago!

Hi hope you could help, I've cleaned out the dpf with Launch cleaner but still a red dpf sign on the dash, I've tried clearing it a it returns almost immediately😮 its also stuck in limp mode. Any idea what else to do? And what's the cheapest obd reader to rear dpf pressures and clear the fault once I've sorted it. Many thanks
The problem is with the egr cooler filter which is hard to take off especially when the exhaust is still on. Would this stuff clean the egr cooler filter?

I'm having this problem with my Mercedes E350 CDI 2010 Coupe, error P2463 Diesel Particulate Filter Restriction - Soot Accumulation or the 13AF00 The Soot Content Of The Diesel Particulate Filter Is Too High which causes the engine light to come on but there's no loss in power. My pressure differential in the dpf is about 1000 m ars on idle and over 3000 mbar when reving. Also ash content readings are off from -200 or 300 to +200. The soot content is at 33.20 grams and doesn't change.I replaced the dpf pressure sensor few months ago and now I'm confused if the dpf being clogged causes the sensor readings or if the sensor went faulty again and causes the dpf to clogg? I tried to force the dpf to regen but no succes on my icarsoft. What's would be your opinion on this? Thank you and keep up the good work.
Hello Sir, hope you well. Have you performaned anything like that on 2015 Audi A6 C7 2.0 TDI 190bh with AdBlue. I'm getting p200200 error witch means particular tank 1 - efficiency below threshold. (EGR cooler) Would this procedure would save me of big work to take it out and clean it ?
Waste of money and time, diagnostic test £60, DPF Cleaning £260, intake carbon clean £120, £130 with DPF so is better taking it to the garage and change the EGR valve.

You need to test the differential pressure sensor. Check actual pressure with a manometer. Possibly clean the dpf properly not a regen

Your implying replacing the egr with a new unit will clean the dpf and the intake aswel. Not even close.
