    Holy bajeepers! These are amazing!!!
    I have a story....
I’m not a great cook (therefore, it never really interested me a whole lot). Whenever I “DO” cook, I always ensure I have double the ingredients before I begin because I KNOW I’m always going to do something to ruin the first batch of whatever I’m making.... and if I’m completely candid, ...... a lot of times, I take down the 2nd batch too. 😳
My family is patient & still loves me regardless... & they attempt to eat my finished products anyway. 🤭
It was an even mix of comical & sadness watching them eating my pancakes (made from your recipe) which I completely messed up & they broke apart as I was taking them out of the pan. They just chewed in silence and once in a while they give me a bit of a passive aggressive smile... 🤣
Having said that - they cringed when they saw me watching the cloud bread video...
HOWEVER, the first batch I made was soooo good, they were extremely impressed! I couldn’t stop smiling at my little pieces of heaven as I pulled them out of the oven.
That light dusting of garlic powder was amazing!! 👌🏻
Because they were soooo good, I decided to do it again...
Oh my goodness - the 2nd batch!!!
    😊😊😊😊
This time they were so much puffier and looked like little clouds of perfection!!! I just couldn’t believe it!
Haha - it makes a difference not getting “ANY” egg yolk in with the egg whites!
My first batch, I got the TINIEST bit of yolk in the egg whites & because it was so minuscule, I figured it wouldn’t matter...
well, actually, they were pretty good still - but when I compared them to my 2nd batch, it’s unbelievable!!
My husband even said that my cloud bread looks almost identical to yours, Dr. Nick!! 😭
That is such a huge compliment - especially for me! 😁
I’m so proud, I could cry! I feel like I should be on the news or something! 😂
Thank you so much for this life changing recipe!!! 😊👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
You’re truly my kitchen hero.... and I sincerely apologize for what I did to your pancakes.
    😳

OMG Maggie...YOU ARE CRACKING ME UP!!! The way you describe things is AWESOME and I'm so happy you and your family liked the cloud bread!!! Give the pancakes another try and I bet you'll perfect them! Did you use coconut butter or coconut oil? Won't work with oil. Keep up the GREAT WORK, YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR!!!

Total Health with Dr. Nick Awww, thank you for the response & your encouraging words! That’s very kind of you! 😊
As for your pancakes that I ruined...
      BUSTED! 😳
Were you a sneaky little fly on the wall.... or..? 😦
I find it intriguing that without me going into ANY details on my end of how I followed the recipe as I made them, you (amazingly) CALLED ME OUT on EXACTLY what I did wrong! 😯
I suppose there’s no benefit in me even trying to fib my way out of it at this point!
      😳
      YOU’RE RIGHT! 🙄
      I confess... 😞
In my (indefensible) defence, - I didn’t have any coconut butter on hand and I REALLY wanted to make them that morning - anyway!
So.... I admit it; I committed the crime of substituting coconut butter with coconut oil. I didn’t really think it would be THAT big of a deal but....
      YIKES!
To be fair, they actually looked beautiful in the pan.... it was all good until I tried to flip them!
      Ugh!
That’s when the wheels came off the bus and the whole thing fell apart - literally!!
Thanks for letting me know where I went wrong - for next time! I really appreciate it. 😊
Thanks again for taking the time to share so many excellent videos with us!
FYI - I’m making your Frittata tonight!
Don’t worry - I’ll have ‘24’ eggs on hand and ‘double’ the amount of the other ingredients before I get started!
I may have nailed the cloud bread but I still know my place.... 😉

@@Miss_Maggie OMG...Your responses are the BEST!!! You WILL love the pancakes once you use coconut butter (link provided in the description) and you will be a HERO to your family! BTW, a great dinner would be frittata and pancakes...hint hint. Let me know how they turn out.

A trick I use when separating multiple whites from yolks is to first separate the whites into a smaller bowl and then add it to the bigger bowl one at a time. That way, if I mess up and get yolk in it, I haven't wasted however many eggs I've already separated. It's one more dish to clean but I think it's worth it. Hope this helps!
Also, can you make a cookbook??? I would buy that in a heartbeat!!

Ok... I made these today even though I thought they looked weird. I made them exactly how he did. They are SINFUL❤️. Oh my gosh... warm with butter 😋.. The best part is you only count 1egg and 1 tablespoon of cream cheese for 2 ... because the recipe is 3 eggs and 3 cream cheese. That’s if your counting and writing down what you eat. I also downloaded the APP he suggested in another video, “Carb Manager: Keto Diet APP”... it is helping me enormously. THANK YOU for taking the time to help us learn and give up free advise. I made these today and I think they are pretty good. They are quite thin after cooling down, almost a flat bread. Also they are very light, as if mostly made of air; I suppose this is how they got their name. These would make a good sandwich bread, or grilled cheese, or in my case I browned 2 in a toaster, topped with butter and had with an omelette. Or they would be good with a fried egg on top. They would not make a good hamburger bun, just too thin and not robust enough to handle a burger patty.
They are good with the garlic, or experiment with other spices. I might try adding Erythritol and perhaps cocoa powder and see if I can make a keto chocolate cloud cookie. ;)

Dr Nick I just made your recipe for cloud bread. I didn’t have the cream of tartar so I substituted with 3/4 tsp of fresh lemon juice ( I had to google that substitute). The bread was frankly delicious 😋. Oh my goodness. I also sprinkled some dry garlic as you suggested but also sprinkled some dry basil flakes. Boy thank God they are so darn low in carbs or I would be on carb overload. I did cheat 🤭and added a tsp of some canned hot pepper jam that I’ve had in my pantry for awhile...Lord mercy...please 🙏🏽come up with a keto hot pepper jam to top with my next sandwich!!!!!

so we cook keto buns in Russia.
A week ago, Vova and I went on a keto diet. And we try to cook various keto-recipes. Today we have prepared keto buns, as there is not enough bread
Cooking them easy. We will need:
    ✔ 4 eggs
    ✔ 50 gr. almond flour
    ✔ 4 tbsp. olive oil
    ✔ 1 tbsp. oregano
    ✔ salt to taste
    😋
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour into molds.
We bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 ° C.
    Keto-buns are ready !!!
    Bon appetit

Someone made a derogatory mention here of yet "another Chiropractor Dr." I usually ignore ignorant comments but this time I have to say something. *I say THANK GOD for the health conscious Chiropractor doctors!* Historically, Chiropractors have always been aeons ahead of the medical professions. Their mission IS health and preventive medicine. If you want to stay healthy, vigorous, and active all your life, find a great Chiropractor. Or you can be like the rest of the Sheeple and listen to medical doctors. Our doctors are GENIUS at fixing broken body parts, transplants, cutting edge surgeries and emergency medicine. But most know zero about nutrition and wellness. Doctors today are also masters at pill pushing, supporting big Pharma, and treating symptoms with toxic medications that don't work. Yes, LISTEN to the medical doctors! They are strangled to force feed standard medical practices based on profit not health. IF people listened to Chiropractors and lived in good health, entire world empires would collapse. The multi-billion dollar cancer treatment industry. The entire anti-cholesterol movement and all those trillion dollar prescription drugs and blood tests. Not to mention the evil empire of Diabetes "therapy" and all the profitable parasitic side businesses that profit from this debilitating disease! The testing, the meds, the doctor visits, the hospitals that treat all the myriad of endless diseases caused by Diabetes type 2. It is an endless parade of folly and destruction that destroys families and puts millions of victims into the grave before their time. Best of all LISTEN to your medical doctors especially when it comes to treating it. So you can experience the extreme suffering caused by the end stages of Diabetes type 2. The horrific, steady progressive destruction of health, the surgeries, the amputation of limbs, the kidney collapse... the list is endless. Our revered medical establishment has been slapped silly by the amazing, reliable Keto diet successful elimination of this brutal disease but STILL chooses to ignore it. They continue to prescribe an archaic diet that is the exact opposite of what Diabetics need to heal. They continue to prescribe drugs that are lethal time bombs to the patient's health. Those few innovative doctors who dare swim against the blind tide are sanctioned and punished by the AMA, shunned and ridiculed by their peers, and often end up fighting for their license and very livelihood, SO YES if you are wise you will see a doctor for your broken bones or stitches. And you will seek out a Chiropractor to stay well first so you won't need the medial profession.

Mary...I don't know what to say other than YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't have said it better myself!!! And thank you for standing up for natural health and wellness!!! It is soooo easy to give a drug that blocks a symptom or cut, poison or burn something out.....But, actually get the body WELL, that's a whole lot different! I always tell my patients that taking a pill to make your blood pressure numbers "look better" DOES NOT mean your heart is now WELL. What elevated your BP in the first place??? Chiropractic works with the inherent inborn healing power that GOD put within each and every one of us! Chiropractic is the study HEALTH and what makes people WELL...Medicine is the the study of disease and what makes people sick. I tell my patients if you take care of the first, you don't need the second as much. You are either building health and wellness OR sickness and disease...YOU decide! Thanks for taking a stand!!! 👍👊💪👏

As a Degreed Dietician (UIC, '83)??
I used to butt-heads with Butthead Know-it-all Doctors at the Baylor Health-Car Hospital System.
Did you know?? that "Doctors" for all their mandatory education?? do NOT have to study any ANY Aspects of Nutrition & Disease.
Which I find funny because everyone knows the 1st. Law of Medicine (Hippocrates) is: "Do No harm".
However?? Hippocrates also had a 2nd Law of Medicine: "Let FOOD Be your Medicine".
Yeah, NO ONE Ever wants to talk about THAT....smh.

I’m going to break down and make these today but I doubt they’ll beat my homemade sourdough bread. Really been missing that. Starter is many years old and I guess I’ll dehydrate it just in case one day I want to make a loaf. Been on Keto for 5 days and love it so far but do miss my bread. It was the only bread I ate...no store bought. I don’t like the bread from the shelf or even the bakery section. So if I didn’t have a loaf of my own, I didn’t eat bread. Hoping I can stay away from it longer then a week or two which is the longest I ever went between baking one. Ohhhhh hot sourdough bread and butter! Yum.
