I have been following this guy. He is a hero for sharing his earnings here. I tested his teaching and its PAYDIRT!
Confused your other video your using turbo sealant?? Now this is a different product ?? Explain ? Your the best man so many doing repairs wrong and am one of them 😩😩
I was gonna ask this same question….
They both good. I cant decide which one I like best. Turbo has a higher viscosity and therefor will be easier to work with on steep slopes and vertical surfaces. Turbo can be painted and SSS not. The flexibility in both allows for no cracks on metal roof seams
Thanks
Your the best 👍😎🎩🏁
Nice job👌
What do you success painting a medal roof with
Where can we buy the products you use?
Wow.
The coating on this roof is delaminating from the metal panel substrate. This will preserve your seams and fasteners but opening the coating this way is allowing more channels to open and allow water entry between the coating and panel which will cause ponding water issues at points down the panel which in turn will create more rust under the failed coating. This coating has failed and needs replacement. This is a band aid repair at best, which a lot of properties owners don't mind due to the high cost of preparing the roof for another coating, new metal panels, or a retrofit roofing system.
Why silicone seal versus the turbo poly seal?
They both good. I cant decide which one I like best. Turbo has a higher viscosity and therefor will be easier to work with on steep slopes and vertical surfaces. Turbo can be painted and SSS not. The flexibility in both allows for no cracks on metal roof seams
You would also not want to put anything non silicone based on a more than likely silicone based coated metal roof. Silicone does not like any thing else besides more silicone based products.
