I wish she got paid for every time I do this I do this almost every day this pregnancy it helps me move and sleep much better
And she is so pleasant and it feels really good
Love this! I felt so relaxed after this video. A lot of prenatal yoga videos I've come across have been very fast-paced which is odd to me since I can't be the only pregnant lady struggling to catch my breath, ha! This was a perfect way to release tension and feel connected to my body while it's growing my little one ❤️
Thank you! I'm 12 weeks and have not been able to work out in weeks due to nausea. This gave me hope :)
Just like to thank Apple Yoga for these videos. I started doing each episode in sequence (1-5) once a day before I was pregnant, whilst pregnant and now a few weeks away from my due date I feel really good! Would not be in such good shape without these exercises, I've experienced barely any back/hip problems and I know it'll all be very beneficial when I go into labour. Highly recommended thanks Katy!
Loved this yoga routine!! I am 30 weeks pregnant and this was just perfect. It wasn't too hard or too easy. Two thumbs up!

So happy for you me to
Hi , I’m 16 weeks now and finally started light exercises after tough morning sickness period.
As I stopped work out and lost muscles, this yoga routine really stretches my body, thank you !
I teach dance and although I still enjoy dancing, I'm still really tense and uncomfortable. I've been finding it hard to sleep I just completed this ten minute work-out and I feel so relaxed and ready for bed!! Thank you for this video!! I'm looking forward to doing the 2nd episode tomorrow!!
This was amazing for my lower back! Thank you 💕
Amazing yoga session, thank you so much! Great knowledge, very good, clear instructions, nice and pleasant personality.
i just bumped into this video, and will be doing this every day from now on ( im 22 weeks, first baby).. felt soo good tho im just as flexible as a stick lol
Really great! I'm entering my 40th week of pregnancy and needed to be centered and stretch. thank you!
im 24 weeks pregnant have a lot of soreness in the ligaments between my legs and in my right side where my gallbladder was removed. i decided to give this a try and oh my goodness it felt so good. thank you!!
I have never done yoga before. This is a nice video I am in my second trimester
Nice one, I'm going to try it
Beautiful Yoga! Just wanted to know the specifications of the yoga block used. It looks quite different and comfortable. If anyone knows, do let me know. Thanks.
Thank you so much for these videos. I just tried this out after a week in agony from an aching back and I my back actually feels looser and is pain free. Definitely subscribed and I can't wait to do more.
Still doing this yoga for my second pregnancy in 2020. Love it
Thank you! One episode and I already feel relaxed and way more flexible! I'm 24 weeks :)
This is amazing! I feel so good right now. I had no idea how sore and neglected my body was until after I finished this routine. I'm usually so tired all the time, but now I feel energized and ready to start my day. Thanks so much for posting. I can't wait to watch the rest of this series.
Loved this! I'm 14 weeks and this felt great :) Really helped with my anxiety too.
Love it!! Thank you!!
This is my favorite video for when my hips and lower back feel tight and it is calming. Thanks for the video!
My favorite pre-natal yoga video! It's easy and effective. The best one I've found. Thank you so much for this video.
This was so helpful! I'll be 20 weeks in 2 days and the past few days my hips have been hurting so badly! I just did this video and number 2 back to back and I feel so good! The pressure in my hips is gone.definitely doing this everyday!
This was so amazing. I had lost 50lbs before I got pregnant, and had only bout 20lbs more to go, and now my baby is pushing out all of my fat so I just look fat, not even pregnant! Lol, so i figured, well I should do some yoga and working out. I made a plan, every M-F to start my day off with yoga, a warm up, a workout (every day focuses on a different part of the body), and then stretches, and every Sat and Sun, I'd do Yoga and Stretching only! I decided to pair Episode 1 with Mondays, 2 with Tuesday, 3 with Wednesdays, etc. etc. I have been having some lower back pain already in my pregnancy, and have the NEED to crack my lower back all the time but can't. When I began this Episode, on my first day of my new routine, I never realized how tight everything had gotten ESPECIALLY my inner thighs! After this yoga session, I feel so OPEN and RELAXED and soo good! I'm in love with your videos and am so excited to use them throughout my entire pregnancy on a daily basis!
You're amazing!! I'm 19 weeks pregnant & after the whole session my back popped & it felt amazing!! Bless you!😁👍💖
Thank you for this! I'm 29 weeks pregnant and have had a very sore back this past 2 days. These exercises were so gentle - too gentle I thought initially to make any difference - but they worked! My back is feeling so much better. I'll be doing these for the rest of my pregnancy now.
Love it! it really helps me to start my pregnancy workout on my 20th week..
I did hard yoga b4 and now I'm 16 week pregnant .. now I'm following this and I love it .. thank you
Thank you so much! I'm 27 weeks and 5 days pregnant suffering from harsh lower back pain and front pelvic pain. Within the first few minutes of doing this video the pain started easing up! I'm going to try to do these everyday!
Easy workout! I LOVE it!
Gina Marie Taylor how was your delivery

Great yoga routine. We love it.
Thank you so much Katy! I'm in my third trimester and I have been enjoying your clips, I like how you divide them into 10 min workouts! I subscribed and hopefully going through 3-4 episodes will be part of my daily routine.
I love your energy! I'm late into my first trimester, first pregnancy, and I enjoyed this video so much! Thank you.
I'm 25 weeks, a constantly sore. I wish I had found this months ago! Can't wait to work this into my daily workout routine!
Thanks katy, I feel great after the workout. I've been having trouble with my lower back since pregnancy, but these workouts help
Ive been having a lot of back pain. this yoga workout was very relaxing and helped a lot!
Thank you so much for this video! My back has been so sore all day and this has helped to alleviate some of the pain! ❤️
Thank you so much! This helped me immensely today! Going to be adding this to my regimen.
This was fantastic! Im in my 3rd trimester and this is so relaxing to do after work. Great job incorporating the breath :) Very helpful
I've done this yoga series for two of my pregancies. I love Katie. I wonder if she has her own channel.
I couldn’t straighten up my back at the last three poses 😅 is their a trick or a way to correct that?
Thank you Katy for great classes #mumspiration
This was amazing! Exactly what I needed🙌🏽 Thank you!
This is my favorite exercise. Its very relaxing and really helps with my back being as I'm in my 2nd trimester.
Im so happy i ran across this video. My back already feels better. Thank you so much!!! How often should i exercise and stretch? Im currently 27 weeks!!!

31 weeks here. That was absolutely wonderful. I woke up this morning feeling so uncomfortable. it felt so much better as i was doing the poses and after. thank you for the video
hi!when do you recommend to do each episode? i've just done the first one, should i do the next tomroow and so on?
Hello!! I am just in my first trimester. Can I do this one? And,what can I use instead of Yoga block? Is there any alternatives???
There are several things for using yoga reduce weight
Find a suitable program locally or online and stick to it
Do yoga with a colleague so you have another person to encourage you
(I read these and the reasons they work from Betwans Yoga Blog site )
they are showing a hot pocket commercial, in a pregnant video.... what the f is wrong with society, that is not good for the baby or mom
and love hot pockets and i can't eat them cuz I'm pregnant lol
Is this 100% safe for pregnant lady?
Where to get the yoga block? or any alternative if I don’t have any? Thanks :)
This was amazing! Thank you for making this video! I feel so refreshed and well after doing it! Looking forward to doing more throughout my pregnancy.
Thanks for the training 2night*i really enjoyed it*my baby was like...mommy wats going on but she den relized i was moving my body & she was ok*the yoga while pregnant is waaaaay better than exercising while pregnant *due to the xtra weight im slower & i can keep up in yoga*so again...thanks for the video :-)
Hi, I am 10 weeks pregnant, when is it a safe time to start doing these exercises? Thank you.
Heyyyy that actually worked....ive been super sore for a day now and that really helped release alot of tension
THANK YOU For these videos! I am a very active soon-to-be mother who's been looking for some great strengthening and stretching yoga videos for pregnancy. These are the best I've found so far - I plan to do these daily! Excellent work!
Dear Katy, I am now 9 months pregnant, with my first child and I am practicing with You for months :) Thank You, You do the great job! I am just wondering are You planning to make some postnatal yoga clips? I think that new moms would like that!
I am 29 week pregnant. I haven't tried any yoga pose yet. Can I start doing this now?
I have a question. I've been experiencing back pain and decided yoga was something I wanted to give a try. These videos are very easy for newcomers with basic training in stances and positions. They're very comfortable...But, right now, I can take about 10 minutes a day...anymore than that, and I do get some of the pain back.
Is there an order of day you would recommend for these videos? I.E. Would you recommend doing E01 the first day, E02 the second day, break the third day, E03 the fourth day...etc...? Or would you recommend a different order entirely?
I also see someone had asked how long to wait before moving forward to episode 2...but it was not answered....Should we move forward to episode 2 (when comfortable) immediately, or take a five minute break?
Just wanna thank you for this wonderful yoga video. I followed the video almost everyday during my pregnancy. It helped to relieve my back pain and nausea
Thanks Katie! Lovely sequence, I'm sure the babies in the world are grateful:-)
I love this! Thank you for such a relaxing, beautiful yoga routine. This helped me relax and breathe so much in my pregnancy.
Are you the one and same yoga instructor who did the videos with Geri Haliwell?
Thank you! Great info and my legs feel much more limber and less stiff! Also calmed my anxiety!
I am not very good with keeping up on things! BUT this has been amazing! I am 28 weeks pregnant with my first! A little boy and this has been wonderful for someone who is always fighting physical exaustion! It has also helped me sleep! Which is a life savor! Subscribed! :)
plz dont get me wrong but what is the purpose of this yoga thing? i mean it cant be called a work out or stretching. is there any kind of more intense yoga for pregnant atheletes ? in which your muscules are working and u can keep a good physical shape during the pregnancy ? u know, the one that wont be dangerous for the baby but will make you more flexy and keep u in an athletic shape ^_^
I am 23 weeks & have been very active this pregnancy, I so enjoy running or even getting cardio on my elliptical. just recently ive started suffering from sciatica :( this felt great in my lower back and in my hips. I subscribed so I wont lose this video! thank you so much :)
Twisting poses should avoid during pregnancy.
I'm 33 weeks and whilst this routine really helped 'free up some space' and made me feel so much lighter, the forward movements played havoc with my heartburn/indigestion. Any tips to reduce this? Thanks for the video!
while doing the move with my legs out, hands pressed together and doing circles....it hurt SO bad in my hips and pelvic joint. I've BEEN having pain there, but do you think this is a sign something is out of line and I need to be readjusted? Just your opinion of course, I won't hold you to it! haha THANK YOU!
I am 11weeks and was feeling so sick and sore before I did this yoga workout. This is my fourth pregnancy and I wish I would have found this sooner. I feel so much better after just 10 mins! Thank you!!
what size is the yoga block you used in this video?
Thank you So much for these, I've just done all of them and I feel So much better. It was such a relief because I feel like this pregnancy has hijacked all of my flexibility and strength. Looking forward to enjoying my pregnancy a bit more. Will go to her website!
Hi there!!! I'm on modified bed rest, and have looking for something that I could do to exercise my body but not strain my current condition. I'm in my second trimester and have been so anxious and sore from the stress of not moving very much and worrying about the pregnancy. This video really helped me to relax and loosen up my legs and back. Thank you so much for posting.
Hope that you will ansewer me 😀can I start with yoga now, I am 4 month pregnant ?
I've harbored so much pain and stress in my third pregnancy that my doctor put me on muscle relaxers. I hated the way they made me feel though (grumbly, hungover, etc.) and I never took them after the first time. This gave me instant relief from the pain and eased my stress levels as well. I am a yoga novice but this was totally accessible to me. Thank you so very much from both baby and me!
i am 26 weeks pregnant and i see this is the easiest yoga ever not too much stress...going to try this ..i hope it makes me feel better ..i still have morning sickness and my baby kicks and movement is like 24/7 and it makes me exhaust ..sometimes i really hate kicks ..i shouldn't say that i know its rude but seriously can't bear the movement and kicks for long time
I think I slightly overstretched my hips a bit with this session (I am 27 weeks). Just a warning for other ladies! My hips/ pelvic floor have been sore ever since I did the video (2 days ago)
Omg I'm so glad I have found this! I've been using these videos from 18wks till now 35wks it makes a world of difference. I am a massage therapist and i am still working full time I think these videos have a lot to do with that! I do a video in the am and at night and if I'm really busy at work I'll squeeze in some of her stretches at work! Thank you so much! Hope Katie Appleton had a healthy baby!
I like the complete episode 1 and feeling relaxed after doing it.. n also feel my baby is more active after doing yoga.. though it is simple.. it's beneficial:) I subscribed it will do regularly and also try to do other episodes;) thank you so much.
Love my morning stretches! 14 weeks here.
omg I'm 15 weeks pregnant, been having terrible back pain and horrible tension headaches.. I tried this today and my back and everything feels great!! going to keep doing this my whole pregnancy! thank you!
I'm 38 weeks pregnant and haven't done yoga at all this entire time until today. In fact I did parts 1-3 & I have never felt more relaxed. My joints were super tight and my pelvic area was in intense pain. These videos helped SOOOO MUCH today
Katy Appleton is the best! Thank you very much for that video!
Thank you so much for these brilliant little increments. I had major complications in my first four months and spent a lot of it in bed. I also live somewhere quite isolated where the weather makes it hard to go outside - and I need to make an international move at 30 weeks! Here at 22 weeks I'm feeling physically weak, overwhelmed and very unprepared for what's to come. These little increments are helping me so much to start claiming my body back, feel stronger and start imagining childbirth and motherhood in manageable chunks. Thank you again for making this accessible!
I don't have this block can I use something else. Pls reply
What a great video!!! 20 weeks pregnant and have been dying to go to the gym but am not allowed to! My bones, my hips, everything hurts and this video alone has made me feel wonderful just now!!! I feel stretched out!! Thank you sooo much! Can't wait to try the rest of the episodes!!
Im not pregnant however im inflexible and have fibromyalgia, so this helps me alot. At the end of 1st week, my breathing during day had changed and got better.
What a fab video, I loved being pregnant!
I was looking for a great yoga video and this was absolutely perfect to relax to! (The other instructors were too perky for me to relax into the exercise) I'm already 5 months preggo, and i know i have to get into shape. It's really been a while that i've last done my yoga exercises, guilty in fact, since it's been a year that i've stopped, and this was great to bounce back to. Thank you for sharing this! Will most probably be doing the rest of the episodes as i "grow" along!
I can not seem to twist to the side... I am 5'2 and my fetus is HUGE!
She takes after her father who is 6'4''... Any suggestions on how to remedy this?
I am 27 weeks in the 3rd pregnancy. I usually jog a few times a week but cannot now due to a lot of ligament pain. So I am now trying out yoga and this was great. Thank you. I will be subscribing!
It had been months me searching for prenatal yoga and finally i found You. Easy and effective and feels really good..love u so much for making my body feel fresh again..by the way i m 20 weeks and ladies its better to do something than nothing at all..
Hello, how many weeks of your pregnancy should we start yoga?
I have been searching for the right pregnancy yoga video for weeks now, and many of them did a lot of crunching the belly which hurt, or were WAY too patronizing. This one is absolutely perfect, and I want to follow this pregnancy workout for the rest of my pregnancy. It made me feel good and connected and gave me a workout. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!
this was fantastic I'm 32 weeks pregnant and my body has been hurting so bad. this felt amazing and although I'm having anxiety about having a c-section this helps relax me and relieves a lot of stress
