I start doing this rutine since 12 week of my pregnancy, (never did yoga before) and untill very last. Somtimes every day, sometimes ones a week. 2 days ago I've got a baby and my labor and delivery were very fast and easy. No tears, no epidural, no problems for my little baby! Just wanna say THANK YOU to Laura, this rutine worked for me perfectly! All the best wishes to you!

hi lana ...congratulations for ur bundle of joy :) i have one query please help me out .... i am second time pregnant and in my 1st trimester only 6 weeks only ... i want to know is it safe to practice these asans in 1st trimester and does this need to be done empty stomach . thanks in advance eagerly waiting for your reply
This was my 1st pregnancy and I started this yoga from my 7th month of pregnancy. Did it every day(except on sundays), apart from this I used to eat 6 dates everyday from 36th week of pregnancy. I had my baby on 8th September and my labour was very smooth and it lasted only for 50 mins. I m really thankful for this yoga routine😊
You are very lucky. I did this yoga from first day of my pregency and every thing was perfect but at last during internal checkup.. bleeding happened and end with c section. My baby is 9 months old now but still I feel so bad about my birth process.
This was my first pregnancy and I started this from the 3rd month, every 5 days a week. This yoga reduced my anxiety and helped me with normal delivery and my baby girl was out in two pushes. This is highly recommended yoga ladies
Hi, I suggest this video for pregnant ladies. It's really a great savoir during labour. I had a lot of Medical diagnosis to get pregnant. Due to this there wasn't any hope of normal delivery. During 7th month of my pregnancy I started these exercises. Of course not regularly. I had a complain too in 8th month. Took bed rest for a week. After then I didn't stop but continued practicing these exercises. In total 2.5 months I practised with a brakes in mid. Parallely I used to walk for 1. 5hrs daily. All these helped me to have easy labour. I suffered from pains for about an hour and later my baby came out smoothly. I was very happy for normal delivery and having a baby girl.
Congrats. Its good to see so many positive reviews about this yoga video. I am starting now in 5th month . I hope to get smooth amd normal delivery. Did you walk for 1.5 hours daily ?
@@smilewithshilpy2391 Hi Shilpa, For the complete day. During my 4th month I had a glucose test done where the values are above than normal. Doc suggested me a 15min walk after every meal. So after every meal I used to walk and in d evening for about half an hour to 40 minutes. With this walking and diet my glucose levels too got normal by delivery time.
ur comment was of a great help..im unable to go for walks due to the pandemic..just walking inside the house..and dng this yoga regularly frm my 32weeks..now my baby is breech 😒i too wanted to hav normal delivery..so fingers crossed and religiously dng this exercise..im due in aug 3rd week 😒😒
I really happy that I did this yogo from 7months to the day before my delivery... I even lost my mucus plug that day. The benefits I had was 1) stamina 2) I was very flexible and I could do anything. I didn't feel that I was pregnant 3) I didn't have constipation ... Finally I had normal delivery.... I delivered in 2 hrs after having epidural injection... With yoga you should walk for 1hr taking break in every 15mts ..
My gynae recommended this video and I started doing it from my 7th month till the day of my delivery… I delivered my baby in less than 2 hours and intense labor of just 20 mins… wish I had known about this with my first… wonderful prenatal yoga routine
I am really really thankful for this yoga session. I did this in my pregnancy since 1st trimester and continued till 3rd. I had no swelling anywhere, I was fully functional and barely had any issues. I did not get any labour pains and had to be injected twice to start labor. I spent only 20mins in the labor room with a normal delivery and even the nurses appreciated how easy the delivery was. I was walking pretty normally in the labor room. I swear by this yoga session and would recommend all moms to be.
@@maycee4888 Hi dear, I think I did this till 35-36 weeks post which I changed it to exercises focusing on flipping my breach baby and breathing exercises mostly. It became a bit tricky in the end to follow this to the T due to increased baby weight.
I start this yoga from my 20 weeks and did 3-4 times per week. The effect is very significant, I opened up to 10cm in a very short time, and gave birth to my first child in 10 minutes of push, thank you very much for this yoga and recommend it to everyone😊
I strongly recommend this yoga to every pregnant lady and its never too late to start. I started doing this yoga from my 5th month and did daily in the evening till 36th week ( obviously sometimes missed few days 😉 ) But, this helped me a lot. Thankfully i had Normal and smooth delivery last week . Ladies plz do this yoga daily ... Thank you to the maker of this video 😊🙏
@@currentcrunch1234 No Epidural. Becoz my cervix was dilated 3 cm very soon . But, y are you scared of epidural? It’s not at all bad to go for it. My many friends have opted for epidural and they had very smooth delivery. Please do listen to your body and then take decision. Be positive 😊 When are you due ?
Did this whole yoga routine from my 4th month of pregnancy to the last day and remained super active throughout, didn't feel any issue. Saw miraculous result , had labour pain just for 2-3 hrs. Acc to nurses I gave birth without labour pains...so wanna to give credit to this video and Lara for happy pregnancy...
This is my first Pregnancy and I've started this exercise every morning from 7th month of my pregnancy.. I have done it till my delivery date.. It helped me to loosen all the muscles and feel light even in my third trimester.. Finally we are blessed with a baby BOY through Normal delivery ❤🎉🎉..Thanks a ton Lara for this wonderful video.. ❤❤Hope it will help all moms-to-be to deliver their baby naturally😍
A lot of the comments on here seem fake so I wanted to leave a real one for those that might be feeling the same. This video is awesome and it gets your heart rate up but is suitable for beginners. A lot of people in the comments are claiming this video caused them to have an easy delivery and I don't know how true that is but I can say it's a great video for preggos like myself to get moving and also feel peace. Thanks a lot for the upload!
I started doing this since 4months months and had the smoothest normal delivery. I recommended my friends too and they had similar experiences. You have to be consistent.
I followed this yoga throughout my pregnancy upto 31 weeks....it immensely helped me my labour was very short and the baby was out within 2 to 4 pushes thank you for sharing this video 😀😀
I was going through my first pregnancy when I came across this video ,I started doing this as I hit the second trimester I.e 4th month of pregnancy.I practiced this daily in the morning ,on an empty stomach and have had a healthy pregnancy and NORMAL delivery with just 6 hours of active labour .Believe me whenever I missed this exercise , I felt lethargic that very day .And that motivated me to practice it every day😊
Hi all mommas to be... this yoga routine was one of the best things about my pregnancy. I practiced this around four times a week. I delivered normally despite having a large fibroid and gdm at term. This routine is great.thanks Lara!
I practised this yoga routine along with other exercise recommended by my doctor during the 2nd and 3rd trimester. It helped a lot to relax me, to ground me, both physically and mentally - even in very tough times (complications in my pregnancy, second wave of covid affecting my family badly etc). I had a normal delivery without epidural. This routine is so great that even after one year of my pregnancy, I still continue to do it and it gives me the same calming relaxing feel.
I started doing these exercises when i was in my 7 month! My labor and delivery was very smooth. No prolonged labor! Thanks Lara for posting this video. Really helped me a lot
Thanks a lot for reply... Am nearly to end with my 5 month.. Few postures seems to be little tough n may be uncomfortable am little scared to perform all postures., wat u suggest ma'am
Thank you so so much Lara for this wonderful prenatal yoga. My wife did this regularly for 5 months and I did it alongside with her. We enjoyed doing it every day and really loved the stretches and flow of the exercises. Today we had a normal delivery and both mom and baby are doing great and we think this prenatal yoga helped a lot to prepare for this memorable day. Thank you so much 🙏 God bless you!
I did this routine when I carried for the First time... Five years back... And now again.. For my second pregnancy... Thanks... This is very useful and relaxing 😊
Thanks Saregamawellness and Lara Dutta for such a simple and effective yoga routines. I did this throughout my pregnancy and had no backpain, leg pain. Also could deliver a baby quickly and normally. Thanks a lot. One request please make a video on Post Pregnancy Yoga poses which is very vital get back physical strength.
I haven’t exercised since before I got pregnant and I’ve been feeling so tired throughout my entire pregnancy. So today, at week 25 I’ve finally decided to at least do some yoga if I can’t do anything else and was surprised at how amazing this is. I was only able to go up to the 20 minute mark before I told myself to stop because my belly ached a little but this was amazing and I’m going to try to do this everyday. Thank you so much
Follow this routine everyday from 7wks till the day of delivery, and even now after birth, I use this yoga to relief my back pain. Very helpful and thank you.
What a beautiful, powerful, calming routine. I started this on week 20 and now in week 37 my body and mind feels stronger than ever. I have zero stress about my birth, even its the first one and I know I have a lot to thank to this routine. Thank you thank you thank you.
I practiced this in my 8 and 9 months including walking during lockdown, my delivery went smooth and fast, no complications, no cries.. Thank you Laura Dutta
I must thnk lara dutta for this wondrful yoga exercise as it helped me to give my baby birth naturally n smoothly with vry less pain... I ignored others horrible stories of their delivery n concntrated on this routine... I started doing it as soon as my 3rd trimestr started... It gave me wondrful results... And all crdit goes to lara n her team... God bless her n her baby n who so ever involved in making this video... 😘
I would always read the comments on the video about quick smooth delivery and was a bit skeptical about them but continued with this routine from 5th month of my pregnancy. Also had ghee and dates in the last month. I am a first time mom and I must say this routine actually works. I had a unmedicated vaginal delivery. I would like to thank the makers of these video and hope it helps many mothers in future. Hope they do a postpartum series as well.
I did this yoga throughout my pregnancy from 14 th weeks to due date my labor was very short just 30 minutes . Thanks for uploading this wonderful video Lara🙏🙏🙏
Birthworker here. For those who haven’t completed any birth education courses yet- please know that it is RARE for labor to be less than 12 hours- especially for first and second time parents. Some people experience whats call precipitous labor which is SUPER short and generally 4-6hrs. Labor includes the start of contractions until baby is born. The draw back of super short labors is that the likelihood of tearing increases because the tissues and skin don’t have as much time to stretch for baby’s passing. Thus I’m super confused why so many people on here are claiming labor that is under an hour?! Perhaps they are talking about the length of the pushing time?
I used to do Shilpa Shetty yoga videos. Only after some months of getting pregnant I found this video and started doing. Though not regularly I did till 8th month. I must thank you, I had smooth and fast delivery🙏
The first delivery was c-section. But I wanted to have a normal delivery this time. Thankfully, I came across the video in the second pregnancy. and started practising yoga second trimester onwards. The practise not only made pregnancy easy with minimal back pain and leg pain, but also to everyone's surprise I had a normal delivery. Thanks to Tonia Clark and Lara Dutta for making this video. I am so impressed by the asanas, that I would request you to upload post natal session as well.
I've been practicing this routine since the 1st trimester almost everyday, and now I'm 34 week pregnant. My body feels so healthy without any back pain or other pains. Still very flexible. This is the best prenatal yoga in my opinion.
Before pregnancy, I was doing other yoga but I wanted to shift to doing prenatal yoga. I started to do this yoga when I was 2 months pregnant after consulting with my doc. I truly loved it, it helped me overcome my back pain, made me very flexible, fit and active. I never looked like I was pregnant as I was always active and I didn't put much weight other than tummy. I could stay at home till 7cm dilation and later only left to hospital. I am really thankful to this video creators and I shared this to many of my friends who found it helpful too:)
I don't know whether this practice is going to make my labour quicker or easier (though the comments make me hope it will). What I do know is that I'm in my 17th week of pregnancy, I've been doing this every day for a few weeks and I can't imagine life without it. I do this routine every evening and it relieves the tension that has built up throughout the day (especially in my back and shoulders), relieves bloating and leaves me feeling calm, centered and energised. Thank you for this, Lara and Tonia!
Every time I come here just to reply to you all who are in doubts about, when to start, at what time should we do etc etc . I love replying to all of you just becoz, this yoga practice helped me a lot to have normal delivery. Again after few months I ll come back to this page , just to say that , this is the best prenatal yoga and highly recommended 😊😍💕 Thanks again to the maker of this video 🙏🏻
@Yashoda kolkar It's ideally recommended to do Yoga in empty stomach..If you can't do in empty stomach , have light breakfast but there should be atleast 30 mints gap. You can do yoga either in morning or evening But, having light stomach will allow you to do it perfectly. All the best 😊
Helped me lot having delivery within 2 and half hour .....I strongly suggest for those who want normal delivery....go and do it ....thank u very much for posting this video.....🤗
This is THE BEST pregnancy routine. I’ve practiced for 9 months regularly and especially on those days where I felt at a low energy level. Forever thankful for this practice ♥️ it’s given me relief from body pain and it’s helped me mentally as well.
I have done this now through 3 pregnancies. Very easy labors. Only 1 stitch with first. None with second. Due with 3rd in 4 weeks. I attribute that to doing yoga. And I recommend it to all mommies!! This is my favorite and only video I do. Tried others and none were as good as this one
@@jannathrina7329 absolutely! That would give you a lot of time to get your body and your muscles ready for labor. I have several friends that I recommend this to and a lot of them don't start till then, or even later in their pregnancy as well.
@@poonambhatt2984 sorry I just saw this comment! I just had my third child. He was a big boy, and no tears again! Thank goodness! Easy birth with two pushes. I hope this helped for you and I hope you and your baby are doing great! I have a friend that did not start until she was 8 months, and she loved this and it helped her stretch a lot
Did this yoga from my second semester until last. Did it 2-3 times a week, at the very end tried to do it everyday. I have none back pain throughout my pregnancy and it helped me so much when I was in labor. I was only in labor for around 1hour. Hard contractions 5-6 hour. Thank you so much for this video! God bless ❤️
I am so grate ful to this yoga, I did this in my entire pregnancy though i had a high risk pregnancy with complications but my doctor told me to continue my prenatal yoga. This yoga opens up your body and prepares your inner thighs and pelvis to have a normal delivery. I had a very smooth normal delivery and baby was out only in 3 minuets and 3 pushes. My doctors were really impressed . Thanks to the makers of this video. Love from India.
@@misssagittariuss1376 I tried to do this everyday, but sometimes its difficult to do regularly but atleast 3 times a week also works for your body, especially doing regularly makes your pregnancy less complicated with many issues. I continued this yoga till my delivery date.
I have been following this exercise while I was 5 months pregnant.... now my 9th month is running... By following these exercises I don't have pain anywhere in body and found myself very active... thanks for easy yet effective exercises... I love you Lara for sharing this with all of us!
I followed this yoga since 12 weeks pregnant, I am now 39 weeks. This is a big blessing to me. This helps relieve pelvic pain a lot. Thank you very much~
I couldn’t do till 7th month due to health complications but started doing regularly from late 7th month. Had normal delivery (vaginal delivery as mentioned in few countries) successfully. I would also say regular pelvis squeeze whenever possible couple of weeks before the due date and squatting were really helpful. My doctor asked to watch this video...Thnku Doc😊
Hi Lara, Much thanks to you, iam in my 5th month of 2nd pregnancy after a v.long gap. With this current COVID19 i had no idea what to do for my muscle strength, also when i have knee arthritis too. May Allah bless you, yiur family and generations immensely InshaAllah. Aameen
I did this routine from 4month onwards till the end and had normal delivery. It really works. Now that it’s been 3 months I will go back to my exercises and I am planning to start with this.
Thank you for this video. Normal delivery finally happened to my wife. She used to follow this since the beginning. I can’t thank enough. Mummy & baby are healthy & fine! ❤🎉
I am 35years old lady .I have parathyroid adenoma. I became pregnant. Doctors said it will not continue due to adenoma. But I started this yoga from my first trimester and finally I delivered a baby boy. Thanks to Lara Dutta ma'am for this routine yoga video . I must say all pregnant lady should do this.
This the best prenatal yoga I have ever seen. I did this trough out my pregnancy and it was very helpful. I had healthy pregnancy without back pain or any other health issues. I have 4 months old baby and I still do atleast 3 times a week so that I don't have back pain or body pain. Lara has explained in detail so it will you to so every day. I would rate 5/5 for this.
Started with this practice when I found out I was pregnant. I'm at 28 weeks right now. Hope to continue till the end. Love how simple and relaxing it is. I have noticed that this routine helps with the pesky backache, constipation and other little irks that come with being pregnant. Highly recommended for everyone.
Hey! I really helped me. Had a relatively smooth labour lasting all of 4 hours from induction to the birth. Would 100% recommend this. Also please try to go for walks and more keagles practice.
These yogasanas helped me in normal and easy delivery of baby. I had half an hour labour pain, and the baby is out easily. Thankful for this value added video.
I started doing this prenatal yoga from my 5th month. Now I m in my 9th month. My back pain has completely reduced. I feel relaxed and don't even feel I m 9months pregnant as my body feels lighter after following this daily routine.
I practiced it daily during my third trimester, and it proved to be extremely beneficial for my normal delivery. After being admitted to the hospital, it took only two hours and twenty minutes for me to give birth to my baby. I am overjoyed to be here with my first child....🎉
Im still doing this routine even though I’m not pregnant. I did this routine with all my pregnancies in the past and it made a HUGE difference. I’m never letting it go!
Hey, I have been practising yoga since a long time and currently in my 6th month and have been continuing this. I’m am a bit overweight though I have been able to maintain my weight. Otherwise no health issues. I hope I go through a natural birth. Fingers crossed.
This yoga is very useful for short labour pain and normal delivery. I have started doing this yoga from second trimester. As a result my labour pain is very short and have give normal birth to sweet healthy baby girl. Thanks for uploading such a helpful video.
In my first pregnancy I did this workout n in my second pregnancy also without wasting time for searching new videos I directly jumped on this video only...this is the best prenatal yoga video ever...thanx aton Lara n team ❤️

Its my third day of doing this and its improves me a lot with my relaxation, balance and peace of mind for the whole day.. keeping me more organize and calm.. also my body feels free of weight and its easy to move around the house with no pain and worries.. 🥰thanks for this superb video! currently i am 35weeks pregnant doing this causes no pain at all😍😍🤟🏻stay safe guys! 🙏🏼👨👩👧👦
I strongly recommend this prenatal yoga. My gynaecologist recommended this video and I dedicated did this yoga from 4th month till day before my delivery . When my gynaecologist was performing stretch and sweep method. She observed that I am already 2 cm dilated, in labor and not having any pain. This exercise helps in building stamina. I delivered my baby normally within 2 hrs.
Beautiful session... I'm obese and 5weeks pregnant... Have made up mind to follow this religiously for a healthy pregnancy and delivery experience... Thank you for this wonderful session
I'm really happy to share that I had normal delivery, I did this yoga from my third trimester for 4 to 5 days in a week till my last day of delivery. This helped me to easy my delivery and I also had less pain. This stretches helped me a lot. But do this with ur gynaecologist permission.
I did this during my pregnancy and my labour was short. Went into labor at 7pm and by 10.30pm our bundle of joy was in our hands. I highly recommend this. Thank you so much for the video
Hi Poornima, congratulations to you. Can u please advise from which month u started this yoga ? Asking because this is my first pregnancy and I m 6 and half month pregnant now . Can I start now ?
I am so happy that I found this yoga practice... I started doing this from the beginning of my third trimester and now I am in my 30th week ... I wish I found it earlier... I feel more energetic now... And my back pain is gone... Thanks Lara Dutta for the wonderful session... I will continue doing this till my delivery
Thank you Lara Dutta for this amazing yoga it really help me throughout my pregnancy. I started this yoga during 6th month of my pregnancy and after doing this yoga i always felt light my stomach was very comfortable 😅 this yoga really helped me during my labour. It was only 8 hours labour pain and i delivered my son on 8/11/2022 normally. So i recommend this yoga for every pregnant women 😊
Seeing these comments, I had decided to do this yoga from my 5th month of pregnancy. I did it consistently till the end of my pregnancy. Not sure if it's because of the yoga, but I got labour pain naturally and it progressed really quick. The whole labour lasted for 5 hours. And I believe that yoga helped me in speeding my labour process. Also, this yoga helped me with all the body pain during pregnancy.
This video is an absolute masterpiece. I love everything about it - the music, Lara's soothing voice, the setting, the collection of exercises covering all the important areas of prenatal fitness. Also the fact that she dives right into it without one of these endless introductions you get to sit through so often. I love the modesty of this video, its quality simply speaks for itself. I discovered this late in my first pregnancy and was psyched to return to it for my second. I do it every day and it never ever gets old. We even made a shirt saying "Babies love rhythm". There's nothing better on UA-cam! Thank you so much Lara and your team for this gem
Great comment.. And tshirt😊 You:re right, my baby is no 9,and still haven't found a better yoga video that also suits my lower back issue.. Still doing this one, I suppose I also like the rhythm 😊
I did this during my first pregnancy till almost the end. I have started this for my second pregnancy right from the beginning. I was suffering from terrible lower back pain at night and could not sleep. After doing this daily I feel so much better. My back pain is gone and I feel sooo much active. I do alll household work, go to office and take care of my 5 year old as well.
I've been doing yoga and pilates regularly. After I've got pregnant I have to change my way of doing it. I've started this routine for 2 weeks (now I'm 14 weeks), I must say I'm loving it pretty much.
Thiis is an amazing routine. I did it even day for the last 4 weeks of my first pregnancy and i had an amazing, calm, natural water birth without pain relief. This routine prepared me so well for it, especially the way it gets you to relax, focus and use your breathing as well as improving the flexibility in your lower back and hips. Now 24 weeks with my second and have been doing this 4 times a week since 12 weeks pregnant and I feel great, it gets rid of all the little aches, pains and stress. Im actually looking forward to the birth this time round! I recommend it to everyone,
I did what she said in my first pregnancy everything went well and even my delivery was finished so fast Thank you so much Lara. Please share postpartum asanas also
Congratulations Anusha... even I want to start from 4th month... currently I am in 2nd month... u were able to do all the asanas? When I saw I felt some asanas bit difficult... where u able to do all of them?
Game changer for normal delivery...followed it through out pregnancy post 16 weeks ...didnt do it for 1 month due to bed rest .resumed again at 31 weeks till few days before delivery..labor was only 5 hours and a normal delivery on due date. Thanks so much for this video..

Best ever yoga practice. Did this though out my first pregnancy n again started in 2nd pregnancy.. best for beings active n relaxing... checked almost all pregnancy yoga methods. this one covers all practices n every part of body...easy n relatively fast delivery.
I can't get enough of this video. My entire pregnancy I find my hips and spine have gotten stagnant and tight so fast. This practice just slowly and simply gets into it and opens things back up so fluidly!!!
I started this routine from 4th month of my pregnancy and continued till my baby delivery because it used to make my body very calm and relaxed. My labour lasted for 5 hours only and I had a normal delivery. Baby delivery was not painful at all without any problems. I feel like this routine played a major role in making my labour and delivery stress free.
I'm currently 8th month pregnant (34 weeks) I did this since the beginning but now my body isn't allowing much IDK 😶 what to do also feel like taking a lot of rest and sleeping a lot too 😢 wish someone could give me advice! How did you do this in last 2 months of pregnancy?
I did yoga and meditation for easy and painless delivery during my last trimester..not regularly..I had diarrhea so my water broke in 34 weeks..but when I reached the hospital I delivered in less than an hour...that was my first pregnancy and my height below 5 ft..so everybody was surprised including me myself..this time I want to deliver in half an hour..hehehhe..hopefullly, I reach hospital by then..I will post my story after I deliver this time :p
Hi this is Prianca Katariya. Wanna tell I Felt so calm & stress free, from today I started following this session in the morning. I am conceiving my 2nd baby, my 6th month started.

Delivered a healthy baby. Now on to my second and wishing I remembered to start it earlier. So relaxing and calming. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Lara!
I know this is an older video, but this is probably THE best prenatal yoga sequence I've seen on UA-cam. (And I've literally gone through so many). It feels really good and the flow of movements is amazing for preparing you for birth. LOVED IT- THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I completely agree 💯 I found this during my first pregnancy in 2019, and during my second pregnancy in 2022, I didn’t find anything even closely as good as this.. this video is all hearts.. helped me in both my deliveries. ♥️♥️♥️
I have been doing this yoga routine since 6th month. Tomorrow is my due date. If i don't have any signs of labour, am going to be induced day after. Hope i will have a normal vaginal delivery like everyone commented here. Please pray for me and my baby ❤
I just LOVE Lara Ji's yoga routine! I have been practicing this routine since my first pregnancy in 2014 and now I am in my 4th pregnancy and still love it! It became part of my pregnancies life ❤️ thank you so much!
@@ankitasaxena3935 yes it helps with postpartum healing .. the more flexible you are, the faster you get back to normal. Tearing is very common for first time deliveries though 😔😔
I followed this yoga from my second semester literally every day. Cured my lower back pain and helped me with a reasonably easy labor. Also blessed with a super smart active bubba Thanks Lara
I did this yoga from 5th month of pregnancy. I would walk in the morning for 30 to 45 mins and would do this yoga in the evening. I would feel much better after doing this yoga. Such a great relief from all the stiffness and soreness in the body due to pregnancy. It made my body very flexible and also relaxed my mind. I had a normal delivery and also labour was not as bad as I imagined. Everything went smoothly. Thanks to this yoga workout.
@@bhumikasharma3770 I think within 2 weeks your body would recover 70% but after 6 weeks it will be 100% . You may feel like you have completely recovered after 2 weeks of normal delivery…but you have to give time for your body to heal from within.
I started this yoga since 1st trimester till my delivery.. It helped a lot.. Kept me calm throughout pregnancy and during delivery.. Delivery process was very easy and importantly was a natural birth.. Thanks a ton for sharing such an amazing video..
I did this yoga for my first pregnancy in 2019, had normal delivery . Now I am 12w pregnant again , started doing this . I feel so good every time afterdoing this yoga . Thank you so much for this video 😇
Can't thank enough for this, did this during my second pregnancy, felt great and I was most active without any body ache. Due to some other problems couldn't have normal delivery but even after C-section my recovery was much much faster than usual because of this yoga. Thank you so much for making such a beautiful video ❤️
I should have watched this video at the starting of my pregnancy! Now I’m in week 39, but still feel good doing it. I like all the flows which give me a lot of positive energy. ❤
Awesome yoga during pregnancy. Really relaxing and helped a lot. Did through out pregnancy and I had normal delivery 20 days back Note: My first pregnancy was C section. This is second one where my body has naturally gone to vaginal delivery.
@@currentcrunch1234 My whole pelvic area is paining still. Stitches are healing. Don't get scared. Just do these stretches and yoga breathing. It did hurt a lot in the starting, now reduced to 65%. Hope I will recover fully by next month. But when compared to my first c section, I have regained energy faster in vaginal delivery. All the best for you.
Best prenatal yoga video. Thank you for sharing. I have been doing this yoga for 4 months now..Baby is due in 2 weeks, no back pain or anything..I feel great. It helps me to relax mentally as well.
I start doing this rutine since 12 week of my pregnancy, (never did yoga before) and untill very last.
8th Sept is such a luck day 😍
My birthday is sep 8.. and I m pregnant 24 th week now😆
You are very lucky. I did this yoga from first day of my pregency and every thing was perfect but at last during internal checkup.. bleeding happened and end with c section. My baby is 9 months old now but still I feel so bad about my birth process.
Cool! Did you have any tear or episiotomy during labour?
Hi jiji have you eaten dry soaked dates or fresh dates ? My elders are suggesting to dry soaked dates so please reply on this
This was my first pregnancy and I started this from the 3rd month, every 5 days a week.
@@smilewithshilpy2391
Hi Shilpa,
For the complete day. During my 4th month I had a glucose test done where the values are above than normal. Doc suggested me a 15min walk after every meal. So after every meal I used to walk and in d evening for about half an hour to 40 minutes. With this walking and diet my glucose levels too got normal by delivery time.
@@yogeeswarib8591 Great 🙂 Thanks for replying. My delivery is in November 🤞 Its my first pregnancy and i want to have it normal 😊

ur comment was of a great help..im unable to go for walks due to the pandemic..just walking inside the house..and dng this yoga regularly frm my 32weeks..now my baby is breech 😒i too wanted to hav normal delivery..so fingers crossed and religiously dng this exercise..im due in aug 3rd week 😒😒
👍👍
Same story😊 I'm pregnant with second baby now
Thank You ❤️....
Which time you do yoga??
What time this yoga to be done??
My gynae recommended this video and I started doing it from my 7th month till the day of my delivery… I delivered my baby in less than 2 hours and intense labor of just 20 mins… wish I had known about this with my first… wonderful prenatal yoga routine
Really did you do all the exercises
I am really really thankful for this yoga session. I did this in my pregnancy since 1st trimester and continued till 3rd. I had no swelling anywhere, I was fully functional and barely had any issues. I did not get any labour pains and had to be injected twice to start labor. I spent only 20mins in the labor room with a normal delivery and even the nurses appreciated how easy the delivery was. I was walking pretty normally in the labor room. I swear by this yoga session and would recommend all moms to be.
Amazing, im about to give birth in one month and hoping that I share the same experiences as you!
Did you do this routine until right before delivery?
@@maycee4888 Hi dear, I think I did this till 35-36 weeks post which I changed it to exercises focusing on flipping my breach baby and breathing exercises mostly. It became a bit tricky in the end to follow this to the T due to increased baby weight.
When to start all this yoga?

No epidural? Honestly i am very scared of normal delivery due to epidural

Exactly everyone here started doing it from 7th month onwards which is strange
I started doing this since 4months months and had the smoothest normal delivery. I recommended my friends too and they had similar experiences. You have to be consistent.
I followed this yoga throughout my pregnancy upto 31 weeks....it immensely helped me my labour was very short and the baby was out within 2 to 4 pushes thank you for sharing this video 😀😀
Prathyusha Magaluri pls reply...what if I do this routine 2times a day...it is my 8month

I also have multiple fibroids, can I do this? And what should be the frequency?
Binduswetha Abhishek did you had normal delivery

Hi. Did you do this yoga everyday?
Which is best month to start prenatral yoga for the natural delivery?

I follow a lot of prenatal workout videos on UA-cam but from the experience I can say this video is the best out there. Highly recommend in T2 & T3.
I did this yoga throughout my pregnancy from 14 th weeks to due date my labor was very short just 30 minutes . Thanks for uploading this wonderful video Lara🙏🙏🙏
Congratulations ❤️..did u experience any tear or episiotomy?
Whole labour or just labour stage 2
@@deepticooking whole labor
@@currentcrunch1234 I have this question too
Birthworker here.
I must thank you,
I had smooth and fast delivery🙏
Si bébé se présente en siege6a partir du 6ème mois est ce que le yoga peut l'aider à se retourner ?
The first delivery was c-section. But I wanted to have a normal delivery this time. Thankfully, I came across the video in the second pregnancy. and started practising yoga second trimester onwards. The practise not only made pregnancy easy with minimal back pain and leg pain, but also to everyone's surprise I had a normal delivery. Thanks to Tonia Clark and Lara Dutta for making this video. I am so impressed by the asanas, that I would request you to upload post natal session as well.

Xi Yu .should I do this every day or 2 times in a week???
Sadia Tpt as many times as your body feels like. Everyday, twice a week or once a week-whenever you feel like!
I have been doing it regularly too. Now I’m 35 weeks pregnant and Hoping that this video does miracles for me too. 🥺🥺🥺🥺

Is it good to do yoga after breakfast??or else suggest timing for yoga please ❤❤
@Yashoda kolkar It's ideally recommended to do Yoga in empty stomach..If you can't do in empty stomach , have light breakfast but there should be atleast 30 mints gap. You can do yoga either in morning or evening But, having light stomach will allow you to do it perfectly.

Wow
So many positive comment.
Starting from 33 weeks. Keep us on your prayer. Thanks Lara Mam
Hey how was your delivery journey. Pls share. Does this yoga helps you?
@@shwetaagrawal6075 yes yes Alhamdulillah. 7th September, a little princess has come my life through normal delivery. This yoga helps so much🤩
40 min walking, Butterfly pose, squat, duck walk also helpful
@@poripatibangladesh oh wow many many congratulations dear. May god bless you and your princess ❤️❤️
Sure I hope this time also everything goes well..all the best
Yes what happened that time? Plz share
kis month may start kerni hy?
All the best Dr. Christina 👍🏻
Wt did u do mam.. Plz tell me
Hi this is Prianca Katariya. Wanna tell I Felt so calm & stress free, from today I started following this session in the morning. I am conceiving my 2nd baby, my 6th month started.
This is really amazing! I had my baby 5 days back. All natural birth.. Labor and delivery were great. Practiced this yoga everyday till I went into labor! So much relaxing and addicted to this routine! Thankyou so much Lara! I Recommend this to every expecting mom🤗
Time for this exercise... morning or evening
@@savitajadhav8278 Either morning or evening.. Best on empty stomach
Thanks for rply
Hi Rohini all the exercise that lara did is safe to do....in 9th month
@@megharathod2620 Yes they are designed for a healthy pregnancy. But if your body is not used for any exercise for the past 8months...then work out slowly and move on with your comfort.
I did this routine starting with my first child in in the second trimester and onwards. I had physical issues with delivery, but I sincerely think this routine helped me prepare mentally.
I agree ❤
I had baby last week.i started doing this from 5 months,i was more flexible and active.and i got VBAC successfully.thank you Lara.
I have been doing this yoga routine since 6th month. Tomorrow is my due date. If i don't have any signs of labour, am going to be induced day after. Hope i will have a normal vaginal delivery like everyone commented here. Please pray for me and my baby ❤
Hi dear. What the update on your delivery? Hoping everything went smoothly.
@@she73466 my doctor has induced labour and I had normal delivery 🙏😊
Congratulations dear 🎉❤
I just LOVE Lara Ji's yoga routine! I have been practicing this routine since my first pregnancy in 2014 and now I am in my 4th pregnancy and still love it! It became part of my pregnancies life ❤️ thank you so much!
Great to hear that🤗 did it help you with normal deliveries and did it help avoid tearing postpartum?? I am nervous it’s my first time 😮
@@ankitasaxena3935 yes it helps with postpartum healing .. the more flexible you are, the faster you get back to normal. Tearing is very common for first time deliveries though 😔😔
@@limalulu7092 Thanku soo much for your response 🙏🏻✌️
I followed this yoga from my second semester literally every day. Cured my lower back pain and helped me with a reasonably easy labor. Also blessed with a super smart active bubba
Thanks Lara
I started this yoga during 9th month of pregnancy.. I had a safe vaginal delivery... this is the safe and best prenatal yoga ever...
Started at 9 weeks and now Almost 37 weeks ..been doing this routine regularly all the poses. Wonderful exercise.. keeps you and baby fit 😀
How did it go..Did the yoga help in delivery?
@@currentcrunch1234 yes it totally did. I could tolerate pain much better. And able to recover better in postpartum.
@@tanvigadgil8655 wow thats great , congratulations...Did u undergo episiotomy or suffered any tears
Did you have normal delivery with epidural?
I did this yoga from 5th month of pregnancy. I would walk in the morning for 30 to 45 mins and would do this yoga in the evening. I would feel much better after doing this yoga. Such a great relief from all the stiffness and soreness in the body due to pregnancy. It made my body very flexible and also relaxed my mind. I had a normal delivery and also labour was not as bad as I imagined. Everything went smoothly. Thanks to this yoga workout.
Hello! Did you this until right before delivery? I am due this week 😊
@@maycee4888 yes…till the day I delivered I did this yoga without fail. Wish you good luck ☺️
Thank you so much!
And plz tell how many days it take to recover after normal delivery?
@@bhumikasharma3770 I think within 2 weeks your body would recover 70% but after 6 weeks it will be 100% . You may feel like you have completely recovered after 2 weeks of normal delivery…but you have to give time for your body to heal from within.
Thank you so much! I’m 5 months pregnant and this is the only prenatal yoga that I finished and worked for me 😊
It's because this routine is the best on UA-cam!! Truly educated, gentle and very effective.
I owe it to this video for my normal delivery, did this religiously for last 6 months. Thank you Lara ❤️
Pooja please let me know once you have delivery. Did this routine help you or not.
Same here
I should have watched this video at the starting of my pregnancy! Now I’m in week 39, but still feel good doing it. I like all the flows which give me a lot of positive energy. ❤
Please share your delivery experience
Awesome yoga during pregnancy. Really relaxing and helped a lot. Did through out pregnancy and I had normal delivery 20 days back
Note: My first pregnancy was C section. This is second one where my body has naturally gone to vaginal delivery.
Congratulations ❤️..Did u undergo episiotomy or any tears??
@@currentcrunch1234 thank you..I had perineal tear. I didn't even take epidural.
@@sweetkeeru15 Thanks for the reply..I am really scared of tears or episiotomy...How much did the perineal tear hurt.
@@sweetkeeru15 More power to moms like u❤️
Best prenatal yoga video. Thank you for sharing. I have been doing this yoga for 4 months now..Baby is due in 2 weeks, no back pain or anything..I feel great. It helps me to relax mentally as well.
