Thank you for this video. I had not done yoga since finding out I was pregnant and I had no idea how stiff I had gotten! This really helped me realize that I need to be taking the time for yoga every day now.
I’ve suffered with such bad low back and hip pain ever since my 1st pregnancy, I’m now pregnant again and the pain is affecting my sleep :( it seemed like no stretch would get to it.. I’m glad I’ve came across this video and will definitely be doing more of her videos throughout my pregnancy ! It really reached the part that were hurting! New mamas, I can’t stress enough about preparing your body for child birth and after! I really wish I took more care before!
I'm definitely not pregnant lol but I did go through a major back surgery last year and have been pretty much convalescent on the couch ever since. I gained a ton of weight and wasn't really doing anything physical. This vid is helping me a lot. Thank you.
Thank you, Jessica! Your voice is so soothing and your practice is a nice balance of exercise vs relaxation. Im just about 25 weeks now and doing your videos every day makes me feel great. Thank you for being such a positive force in my life.
34.5 weeks here - thank you for this nice easy stretchy morning practice, was exactly what I needed after a busier weekend being on my feet a lot. Didn't want a workout, just needed to stretch out my hips, back and legs after all the walking. Loved it! Will come back to this one.
I just gave birth yesterday and I wanted to say thank you for the amazing videos you created. I was doing this yoga practice every morning during the last few weeks of my pregnancy and also a few other videos. I tried to do at least one exercise per day and some time 2 exercises. I had a great labour and also these videos made my pregnancy experience so much nicer, kept aches and pains away. Thank for Jessica for your positivity and your videos gave me courage and kept me a positive mood. Now I’m keen to start my post birth exercise to bring my shape and strength back after healing up. Highly highly recommend your channel and thank you for your kind soul of putting the effort to share your knowledge and experience with everyone.
Congratulations on your baby!! I’m so happy for you! Your message has absolutely made my day 🙏✨💞 sending you and your baby love and I hope you are recovering well❤️
I've been practising this sequence daily since my 4th month. And now I'm 9 months pregnant and still continue to do these stretches every morning. It really helps me avoid back pain and heaviness in my body in the morning and encourages to start my day on a positive note. Thank you so much for preparing these wonderful videos🌷
Thank you! 36 weeks and between the Braxton hicks, constipation, backaches, heartburn, and insomnia, I have been feeling pretty miserable. This was just what the doctor ordered 👍
Thank you so much! I’m at 26 weeks and am carrying high so I’ve had extreme acid reflux, pain in my upper spine, and bruising on and around my rib cage. I just started following you yesterday and I’ve followed two of your practices and already feel released tension and less stress. Hoping it may help with the pain as well. 🤞🏼💞
I've been suffering with HG and have been practically bed ridden for the first 17 weeks of my pregnancy. Now it's finally starting to ease, I really want to get active. This was PERFECT! So gentle and perfect for opening the hips. Loved it! ❣️❣️
So happy and grateful I found you. Currently 4-5 weeks pregnant and I appreciate your weekly prenatal workout videos. Especially for my lower back pain and body aches. Thank you for helping me stay active, healthy, and feel good. Please continue to create more. ❤️🙏🏼
I did this with my 3rd pregnancy, and now I am doing it I. My 4th pregnancy. I don’t know what stretch on this video helps, but if I don’t do yoga at least every other day, my arms will fall asleep at night no matter what position I lay in. It has worked wonders for me!
Thanks so much for this video. I have been doing this routine a couple of times a week, combined with some of your other videos. After I finish this yoga routine I always feel grateful that I did it. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and have been doing this since 20 weeks.
This felt amazing!!! I'm not pregnant yet but I lost some weight and was doing yoga and figured starting some yoga like this is really going to help when we have success :) *fingers crossed*
Hi Jessica! I love your videos! I’d love to see one on pregnancy nutrition that’s simple and easily doable, without too many special ingredients or preparation. I generally try to eat healthy, but it’s too easy to grab unhealthy stuff that’s quick and easy instead of having to cook or chop a lot of veggies. Batch cooking ideas to get it ready ahead of time would be great, too. Thank you!
Thanks for these videos! I am pregnant for the first time and have found that doing a little bit of yoga most days keeps me feeling strong and also reduces aches, I have watched loads of your videos. The slightly shorter ones (15-20mins) work really well for me as I can do more of them more often.
I'm 17 weeks today and this is my first day of any type of pregnancy stretching/exercising. I used to be very limber and fit and now I'm lumpy and have stretch marks and sad I look like this. I look forward to using this video every morning and I look forward to using your other videos as well. Thank you for this video and the encouragement!
Thank you! I’ve just started my yoga journey and decided that this would be a great start to prepare my body for vba3c. I’m looking forward to more mornings with you.
18weeks pregnant with our second, this is one of the best videos I've found! Thank you so much for the clear descriptions and variety of slow and peaceful poses. My body especially the core area feels warm and happy :)
Thank you thank you! 6 weeks pregnant and my sinuses and chest have been nonstop congested. This really helped and I will be continuing your videos as well as look into your other materials! Thank you!!
This was amazing and so well needed. I got emotional during our pregnancy reading/affirmation. It was a blessing finding this video/subscribing to your channel. I’m 14 weeks pregnant with my first so I can’t wait to do this daily with you; I feel great afterwards. God bless 💓
Thank you so much for this, Jessica! I'm 35 weeks and waking up so sore most mornings. This was exactly what I needed to give me and my baby some much-needed nourishment. I appreciate your videos so much!!
thank you!! I like these videos that are more chilled, I do them the days I am exhausted and I can't do anything, but then i push a little to do this and then I feel better. I like the variety of intensity your videos have, so I can choose whenever I feel full of energy or half dead, like today!
I do have one suggestion! To make another yoga tone video (maybe especially for the glutes to help with hip- and back pain). I have been having lots of Braxton-Hicks contractions since a few weeks when working out, except when doing yoga classes. Although I do wish to work on my strength more, thats why the slow yoga tone lessons (and yogalates) are so great for me. Thank you for all that you do for us
I absolutely loved this video! What a great sequence. Like many of the comments, I felt so good I teared up. Going to try and do this once a day! Thank you! ❤
Appreciate this video. Could you create a video specific to sciatica during pregnancy? I would love to know which stretches/positions and even sleeping positions can alleviate this uncomfortable feeling. Thank you!
Loved this yoga as usual. I would be really interested in a healthy meal plan where each meal has a limited number of ingredients (4-6). I sometimes am overwhelmed if the recipes have too many ingredients and steps to make. I did Harley Pasterniks plan for a few weeks but the smoothies and meals were taking me multiple hours per day and I can’t do that with kids. If you know of a plan like this I’m definitely interested.
Thank you so much for this! I am 31 weeks pregnant and while ive been practicing yoga daily my whole pregnancy so far, Ive reached the point where I need to modify everything and it's not fun lol. This was perfect for my sore body!
Thank you! This was so helpful. The movements that lowered our heads made me nauseous but everything else was so on point! Do you have any suggestions/modifications for those particular movements?
Thank you for your exercises, doing them helps me feel healthier and happier :) Can you please give advice on protein intake during pregnancy? I find it hard to eat 70 - 100 g of protein in my diet. And I'm struggling to find a protein powder because third-party tested ones are costly while I'm unsure about the safety of the others.
Hi Jessica! Your prenatal stretch yoga videos are so wonderful! Please make more. I do one of your stretch videos every morning. Thanks for the amazing work!
Thankyou for this video! Can I request you to do more yoga videos for optimal position. I am 31 weeks with 2nd. I am aiming for a VBAC this time as before I had a c-section due to breach. Doing everything I can to ensure VBAC. Thanks, love and light xo
I'm glad you mentioned that it's a fake belly you're wearing because I was just thinking, I have watched so many of her videos and she is always pregnant! haha. Love your videos, thank you!
Love this! Going to try and do it every morning! So happy to found your channel. Excited to start the Pilates. Thank you for you excellent videos. God bless!
Nice relaxing morning routine! Loved the sitting figure 4 modification! Question: can you suggest a modification for the leg lifts? I have so much relaxin/groin stiffness in my 3rd trimester that I can no longer lift my back leg off the mat. A few weeks ago, it was no problem, but how quickly our bodies can change! I see this posture all the time in prenatal yoga, but it's just too painful now to lift my back legs. Are there any modifications you can suggest that will still help me stretch/get some benefit?
I love this, thank you! I've been enjoying many of your videos as I begin my 2nd trimester. I would really love some longer videos as well, like around 40-45minutes, if that would be possible. Thank you so much.
This was a great routine! Thank you for doing this. Is there any way to have no commercials in the middle of the routine? It kind of breaks it up and makes me lose focus. I follow other channels that don't have commercials in the middle. Just a suggestion. I really appreciate all of the content you put out :)
I'm so sorry about the ads. I definitely did not do this. I'm not sure how it happened, but I'm going though each video now to try to fix it. I'm so sorry your workout was so interrupted and thank you for letting me know! 🙏💞
Hi! Thanks so much for this wonderful morning practice! I noticed you are also a diabetes educator and I was wondering if you by chance have any advice on homebirths for type one diabetics ... how to prepare, finding a doula and midwife qualified to help, etc.
Love this video so much but now in the third trimester is getting tricky 😂 do you have any specific morning yoga video for third trimester ? Thank you so much for your channel ❤
Great practice, thank you. One wish I would have would be to take more time on the second side. By the time we get into the pose, it's already time to move on and I have to pause the video which is not very relaxing. Thank you!
37 weeks and did this! feel so awesome to do this in the morning! thank you for bringing joy to the community! appreciate it
I'm 33 weeks pregnant and that sorted out all my aches and pains!! Thank you 🙏
Thank you for this video. I had not done yoga since finding out I was pregnant and I had no idea how stiff I had gotten! This really helped me realize that I need to be taking the time for yoga every day now.
The first time I tried this in the morning I cried because I felt so good and so relieved. Thank you so much for this routine ❤️
Also cried
Same here
Ok I needed to hear this because I also cried!!

Thank you, Jessica! Your voice is so soothing and your practice is a nice balance of exercise vs relaxation. Im just about 25 weeks now and doing your videos every day makes me feel great. Thank you for being such a positive force in my life.

This is my fifth pregnancy, and your videos are helping me more than any others ever did. They are wonderful.
This helps me so much! I'm in my third trimester and do this every morning. Thank you 🙏🏻
Thank you and I will be doing this as much as possible. I'm currently 15 weeks and loving yoga for the stretches and breathing.
Thanks so much for this video. I have been doing this routine a couple of times a week, combined with some of your other videos. After I finish this yoga routine I always feel grateful that I did it. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and have been doing this since 20 weeks.

Everything is relaxing about this exercise...the moves, the music, even your voice !!!! I love your yoga cards at the end ❤️💖😊
That was divine. It’s been so hard to be active in pregnancy but my body was so stiff this morning I had to do something, I feel great now. 💜

Thanks for a good yoga-strech-workout🤰❤️
Beautiful class! Do you have anything for fibroid degeneration pain during pregnancy? Thank you X

You are so welcome :) I agree night time is great too! xo

This was lovely, thank you so much! I'm almost 8 months and really enjoyed grounding and centering through this routine.
Hi Melody! Happy you enjoyed it! Thanks so much for taking the time to let me know :) Congratulations on your pregnancy!
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV thank you so much!! :)
This felt soooo good. Definitely going to be one of my go to routines.
thank you 🌺🌺
Absolutely loved this one!
Great practice, thank you. One wish I would have would be to take more time on the second side. By the time we get into the pose, it's already time to move on and I have to pause the video which is not very relaxing. Thank you!
great practice! I feel so much relief :)
This helped me so much. Thank you! I cried when you read the pregnancy card lol.
Then, I’ll tell you again… you are doing amazing 💞 Be so proud
so did i! haha
Hello! Can you put together a video including deep diaphragmatic breathing combined with upper body / seated / laying stretching during pregnancy?
Really helpful especially having the modified versions provided! Great work! Thanks 🙌🏾
Happy you enjoyed it! Thanks so much!
