    Thank you for this video. I had not done yoga since finding out I was pregnant and I had no idea how stiff I had gotten! This really helped me realize that I need to be taking the time for yoga every day now.

    I’ve suffered with such bad low back and hip pain ever since my 1st pregnancy, I’m now pregnant again and the pain is affecting my sleep :( it seemed like no stretch would get to it.. I’m glad I’ve came across this video and will definitely be doing more of her videos throughout my pregnancy ! It really reached the part that were hurting! New mamas, I can’t stress enough about preparing your body for child birth and after! I really wish I took more care before!

    I'm definitely not pregnant lol but I did go through a major back surgery last year and have been pretty much convalescent on the couch ever since. I gained a ton of weight and wasn't really doing anything physical. This vid is helping me a lot. Thank you.

    34.5 weeks here - thank you for this nice easy stretchy morning practice, was exactly what I needed after a busier weekend being on my feet a lot. Didn't want a workout, just needed to stretch out my hips, back and legs after all the walking. Loved it! Will come back to this one.

    I just gave birth yesterday and I wanted to say thank you for the amazing videos you created. I was doing this yoga practice every morning during the last few weeks of my pregnancy and also a few other videos. I tried to do at least one exercise per day and some time 2 exercises. I had a great labour and also these videos made my pregnancy experience so much nicer, kept aches and pains away. Thank for Jessica for your positivity and your videos gave me courage and kept me a positive mood. Now I’m keen to start my post birth exercise to bring my shape and strength back after healing up. Highly highly recommend your channel and thank you for your kind soul of putting the effort to share your knowledge and experience with everyone.

    I've been practising this sequence daily since my 4th month. And now I'm 9 months pregnant and still continue to do these stretches every morning. It really helps me avoid back pain and heaviness in my body in the morning and encourages to start my day on a positive note. Thank you so much for preparing these wonderful videos🌷

    Thank you! 36 weeks and between the Braxton hicks, constipation, backaches, heartburn, and insomnia, I have been feeling pretty miserable. This was just what the doctor ordered 👍

    Thank you so much! I’m at 26 weeks and am carrying high so I’ve had extreme acid reflux, pain in my upper spine, and bruising on and around my rib cage. I just started following you yesterday and I’ve followed two of your practices and already feel released tension and less stress. Hoping it may help with the pain as well. 🤞🏼💞

    I've been suffering with HG and have been practically bed ridden for the first 17 weeks of my pregnancy. Now it's finally starting to ease, I really want to get active. This was PERFECT! So gentle and perfect for opening the hips. Loved it! ❣️❣️

    I did this with my 3rd pregnancy, and now I am doing it I. My 4th pregnancy. I don’t know what stretch on this video helps, but if I don’t do yoga at least every other day, my arms will fall asleep at night no matter what position I lay in. It has worked wonders for me!

    Thanks so much for this video. I have been doing this routine a couple of times a week, combined with some of your other videos. After I finish this yoga routine I always feel grateful that I did it. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and have been doing this since 20 weeks.

    Hi Jessica! I love your videos! I’d love to see one on pregnancy nutrition that’s simple and easily doable, without too many special ingredients or preparation. I generally try to eat healthy, but it’s too easy to grab unhealthy stuff that’s quick and easy instead of having to cook or chop a lot of veggies. Batch cooking ideas to get it ready ahead of time would be great, too. Thank you!

    Thanks for these videos! I am pregnant for the first time and have found that doing a little bit of yoga most days keeps me feeling strong and also reduces aches, I have watched loads of your videos. The slightly shorter ones (15-20mins) work really well for me as I can do more of them more often.

    I'm 17 weeks today and this is my first day of any type of pregnancy stretching/exercising. I used to be very limber and fit and now I'm lumpy and have stretch marks and sad I look like this.     thank you!! I like these videos that are more chilled, I do them the days I am exhausted and I can't do anything, but then i push a little to do this and then I feel better. I like the variety of intensity your videos have, so I can choose whenever I feel full of energy or half dead, like today!

    I do have one suggestion! To make another yoga tone video (maybe especially for the glutes to help with hip- and back pain). I have been having lots of Braxton-Hicks contractions since a few weeks when working out, except when doing yoga classes. Although I do wish to work on my strength more, thats why the slow yoga tone lessons (and yogalates) are so great for me.

    Loved this yoga as usual.
    I would be really interested in a healthy meal plan where each meal has a limited number of ingredients (4-6). I sometimes am overwhelmed if the recipes have too many ingredients and steps to make. I did Harley Pasterniks plan for a few weeks but the smoothies and meals were taking me multiple hours per day and I can’t do that with kids. If you know of a plan like this I’m definitely interested.

    Thank you for your exercises, doing them helps me feel healthier and happier :) Can you please give advice on protein intake during pregnancy? I find it hard to eat 70 - 100 g of protein in my diet. And I'm struggling to find a protein powder because third-party tested ones are costly while I'm unsure about the safety of the others.

    Nice relaxing morning routine! Loved the sitting figure 4 modification! Question: can you suggest a modification for the leg lifts? I have so much relaxin/groin stiffness in my 3rd trimester that I can no longer lift my back leg off the mat. A few weeks ago, it was no problem, but how quickly our bodies can change! I see this posture all the time in prenatal yoga, but it's just too painful now to lift my back legs. Are there any modifications you can suggest that will still help me stretch/get some benefit?

    This was a great routine! Thank you for doing this. Is there any way to have no commercials in the middle of the routine? It kind of breaks it up and makes me lose focus. I follow other channels that don't have commercials in the middle. Just a suggestion. I really appreciate all of the content you put out :)
