Try to upgrade your Ram and also replace your hard drive with SSD. also I covered in my first TECH shorts how to get an original windows key for as cheap as $1 that can help you keep your windows up to date and receive all the necessary updates!
most companies won't give away licenses to its entire staff. Instead, they will assess the requirements case by case. It doesn't make sense to waste licenses by giving them to people who wouldn't even use Copilot everyday.
I have Microsoft 365 Personal with CoPilot, but it is not showing the CoPilot button within the Outlook or Word apps. Should it be included, or is that a separate add on service for the apps?

What's happening to you and what problems is it giving you?
The common ones are that it hangs, programs do not work well, it remains frozen, among others.
I'll do some more research and then see what I can do.

Learning all this is great! but the problem is IT has not activated this in my organization yet. I don't think so soon they're going to do this.
It costs $30/month per person, so many organizations have no plans to activate it.

Do you want Microsoft reading anything on your computer?
That is not how copilot 365 works. It only accesses Onedrive hosted files and does not train models on those.
