Thank you for this amazing tutorial. I'm thinking about creating one for my insurance agency to help agents find underwriting guidelines and policy language with all our different carriers.
Great Video, thanks. Is it possible that not all agents are available depending on the country for example? I can't find “Copilot for Helpdesk”, for example.
Hi there, agents are available to customers with a Microsoft 365 Copilot (commercial) license. Some official documentation here: support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/get-started-with-agents-for-microsoft-365-copilot-169469d7-328d-4d37-9090-bfc2058a39bd
I have tried feeding the chatbot with both "upload" and Sharepoint Links. The answers are much more accurate with direct uploads. Even for just a single (small) file in a Sharepoint, the answers are less precise. It's not 0 to 1, it's just a bit less accurate, so not link or size issue on Sharepoint. Some Cloud Architects told me they felt the same way and only created chatbots with direct file uploads, basically Sharepoint is not really usable. What is your opinion on it?
Hello, very interesting findings. I haven't run into this myself so can't comment in detail. In the video I used 'Agent Builder' that gave me access to the Sharepoint sites, where files were located. It appeared the chatbot was accurate and just used the file specified as a knowledge source. Another way of approaching this is by creating agents in Sharepoint, details here: support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/get-started-with-agents-in-sharepoint-69e2faf9-2c1e-4baa-8305-23e625021bcf If I get more data on this topic, will circle back. Thank you.
I still wonder why its only limited to busienss, i am A subsbribed in office 365 family package and using other AI platforms because simply you are limiting Copilot to business enterprise only
If you want your product to be mainstream , the average individual user needs to be familiar using it in their everyday lives. This will extrapolate to useful , common sense business usage and help in a company’s productivity. Not the other way around!!! Giving you a common sense advice , that a consultant will charge thousands of Dollars !!!! So make these features available to the common person where it becomes part of their lives making daily mundane tasks easy.. not exclusive for Busjness employee staff.
Great point and I agree. We need easy to use tech, available to all, helping increase productivity. High level there’s the consumer side and business side. And on the business side there are small, medium and large (Enterprise) businesses. In my day to day, most of my customers are 50-100K employees with a global footprint. But I do understand the value of everyone being able to use these products across the spectrum. I’ll keep the channel updated if/when these features are made available to other Microsoft target markets. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
