It should perhaps also be mentioned that, for example, in the EU, copying personal data of customers, employees, interested parties, etc. can result in very high fines.

No, not with chatgpt 4o anymore. It will allow you to upload the pdf copy and ask GPT make a tabular format of all transactions. It will create a formatable table and that you can copy and paste it into any sheets be it google sheet or excel and you are done. Caveat: Free version only allows limited file upload about 3-4 I guess

Believe it or not, it's a real background :) I use a low aperture lens on my camera to give the scene a shallow depth of field, which blurs the background. Then I also have 8 different studio lights to illuminate everything.
