I really liked this! It was my first BurpeeGirl weights workout. Don’t laugh but I could do only 5lb (I just turned 59) with my right arm-My left I had to do 2lb to accommodate my wonky artificial gimpy shoulder. 😂 That said, I feel this is something I could manage to build on with my left. I want those toned arms for my youngest daughter’s wedding 17 mos. From now!😊

Workout #1: This is straight to the point... The time flew by.. I did this one before but today I am adding this to the lower body dance cardio workout that was posted today... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 93 calories...Now I am gonna make my mama's breakfast and make my smoothie so I can immediately drink it after the cardio workout 😋
Awesome I burned 66 calories in just 10 minutes... I loved this quick but effective... my obliques are sore from tjay finisher yesterday hahahaha... I love it...

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
