I am doing this, and documenting it in Spanish. I am on my 6 day. FOr now I have been eating microwaved potatoes, with soya sauce and some smashed potato. Really love the simplicity and for as long as I do not get tired I will eat the same every day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am in a quest to simplify my life.
Hi Andrew, for your mashed you can try just adding back some of the starchy water that boiled potatoes. nice a creamy ☺

I joined your potato challenge late. But am on day 6 now. 360 more to go! You may be the most notable, but I just might be the oldest! Thanks for the inspiration! I don't need to lose much weight. But as a full time caregiver, I need one less thing to have to think about daily. This is just perfect for me right now at this point in my life. PS I've been vegan over 25 years and am a septuagenarian! Good day!!

Andrew, try mixing chipotle peppers and yellow curry mix with your potatoes with a bit of cider vinegar....
I remembered a friend using vinegar on her French fries. I tried apple cider vinegar on my boiled potatoes with the salt and pepper, I'm lovin' it. I liked vinegar and salt potato chips, so I like the combo I guess. I gave up the potato chips long ago, won't be going back, this is a health substitute

+Nickel Tabs Potatoes do have a small amount of fats, plus I've got a fair bit stored! I'm not worried about fats but if it comes up that I need some extra I'm happy to add some type of seed...

Hello I Love Your Videos, Ive been watching off and on since you started the potato challenge. I was wondering what sauces and herbs do you use and also what are some of your Favorite potato dishes ? Ive done the potato challenge in the past, thought Id give it another go Im just hoping to have a handful of go to dishes that I can eat on a regular basis that will make staying on the potato challenge for a longer period of time easier this time around. if You have any suggestions that would be Great to, Also congrats on finishing the potato challenge.

I am doing a mini plan. Just for a week and then hoping to do another week in January. I am eating greens on mine. Unfortunately the potato cleanse group is not active right now. :( I was so bummed when I couldn't post.

would instant potatoes work as well if they're 100% potato?
Best to go for fresh spuds if you can. Instant are ok for emergencies
