A great and simple explanation! And all those different fibres in all those different plant foods are the best for our digestive system! Thank you Andrew! I need to take it easy on the Avocados, nuts and coconut yogurt which are my favourites but not much help for getting off the “Covid kilos”!

Hi spud, if I would like increase som gains abount 5kgs by eating plant-based food. How to achieve it?
Are you trying to gain fat or muscle? If it''s fat then I'd say just eat more avocados, nuts etc. If it's muscle you want then lift heavy things more often and make sure you're eating enough :-)
