  • Pitaya is commonly known as dragon fruit.
    Dragon fruit is a climbing cactus. Its white fragrant flowers only bloom at night, and usually wilt by the morning. Dragon fruit has mild sweet taste.
    It Is very easy to prepare, just cut into half and peel off the skin. Red-fleshed dragon fruits are usually sweeter than the white-flesh variety.

    I love eating pitaya bowls but I've never made one myself & I finally came across pitaya at a grocery store so I bought it but idk which one I bought how do you know which one is whit flesh vs the pink / red

      Cinthya Valdivia if you look closely the outer skin is different. If you pause the beginning of the video you can really see the difference. 😄

    I I just had my first dragon fruit and where’s the tastes am I just stupid I had the white inside one I mean I like the texture and even the seeds but idk it’s so hyped I thought it would be sour sweet or bitter it literally had the faintest hint of sweet

      I had my first and last taste of a dragon fruit. I was highly upset that I spent $7 on a piece of fruit with no taste at all. 🤢 Thanks for the video on how to cut it.

    that is not a pitaya, it's a pitahaya. there's a difference.

      What's the difference for someone who has never had either
