just an aside, if you want to hit on someone but don't want to be perceived as a creep, DO NOT ASK FOR THEIR NUMBER. Don't even ask for an instagram. It puts pressure on her/him/whoever you're pursuing to either give you something or deal with a potentially dangerous rejection. Just compliment the person, pull your moves, and give them YOUR contact info. That gives them the opportunity to reach out if they're interested without putting them on the spot.
