I'm not asian, so I'm doing this recept for the first time. I thought that sweet chili sauce and soy sauce will Add some sweetness to the chicken. But IT WAS SOTASTY!!! There was no sweetness in chicken. I highly recomend to try this chicken. Thanks a lot, Marion

There’s an old adage. Ignore what they say and pay attention to what they do. I always watch Marion’s shoulders when she taste something. The deeper the hunch the tastier the food. It’s like that food hugged her. That dish is going into my rotation!

How can someone NOT like fresh Koriander? The dish is in the oven as I'm typing 😋
1 in 5 people have a super-sensitivity to chemicals called aldehydes which makes coriander taste like soap. I’m so grateful I’m not one of those people though. 😅
