In France, perineal rehabilitation is actually prescribed after the 6-week post-natal examination. Either you consult a midwife or a physiotherapist, and then it's covered by social security.

Very interesting conversation :-) ❤ I loved how she said that when we are prepared and informed then it all will be ok REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME :-)
There are 2 other people who talk about women health, menstrual cycle, hormones etc.: Jessie Inchauspe and Dr. Mindy Pelz. They gave very interesting speaches.
Valeria (and your team) please consider inviting them (if you already havent done that) to talk with you too. I think it would fit your podcast :-)

I gave birth 5 and a half weeks ago, today my husband and I tried to have sex for the first time, but it was painful. When my stitches fell out few weeks ago, I noticed that the entrance of my vagina was narrower than before childbirth and I got scared. I didn't have any tearing, the doctor told me that it would only be 1 small stitch, but they stitched me longer and I think they stitched what they shouldn't have stitched, because my entrance to the vagina felt completely different before. I think they also "repaired" my injury after the first sex, and that's why I now have a narrower vaginal entrance. Yesterday I saw that you released this podcast, I had to listen to it today. Thank you, surely such information will help many women!🤍🙏🏻
