It still feels amazing doing this flow Erin. This is where i first learned my yoga asanas. And you are my first yoga teacher. Quite unconventional to start yoga, much more unconventional to learn it online, back in the days when learning it virtual is like a 'substandard' because the standard was really an actual, hands-on teaching. But pandemic taught us that anything could still be learned remotely. Thank you Erin for your excellent teaching skills, your cues are just on spot that without me looking on the screen i am able to execute the asanas. When i had my 200hr YTT, I've been asked many times over 'who's your teacher, where did you learn yoga'?? Without hesitation I'd tell them... Erin Sampson of Five Parks Yoga is my teacher❤
I used to do yoga religiously and fell out of love with it and switched to HIIT, spinning & strength training. I recently discovered your channel and have fallen back in love with yoga thanks to you. Keep up the good work! And thanks for sharing your practice.

I’ve done this a few times now, and each time I come away sweaty and feeling accomplished! I feel like I’m getting a twofer: yoga and weights is a most excellent combo! It is a really good, keep-you-moving, total body workout!

This was a great class. Short but plentiful Erin! You really packed this with a good amount of yoga and weights without it feeling rushed or forced; really good flow and strength building in such a short amount of time! Thank you! I have been doing your classes for 3 years now and this is the first yoga with weights class I have ever done. It seemed to go quicker than the normal 35 minute vinyassa classes and I enjoyed the weights. Not sure what weight you used but mine was 1.25kg in each hand which was sufficient. Very grateful for your classes they set me up for the day.

Training for a half marathon and really want to work on injury free, so I am excited about your partnership with 2,017 in 2017 because it is exactly what I am looking for. great class usual dear erin. correct me if i am wrong but did you forget to do the left side of the series around minute 17th? you know the series on the right starting with standing splint. could be useful to add that in the info caps. thanks again for your videos, i love your channel!

Love these classes. I did notice with this one that after the camera glitch we ended up on a different leg as if a whole section had been lost during the blackout part. Not to worry I did the exercises on the opposite leg myself anyway 😊
