Wow! This is the first time I have done a yoga "workout" class with weights. Challenging and different, it shakes up my regular yoga practice. I loved it. Thank you.
Every now and then I'll check out other yoga instructors online and I invariably always come back to Erin's classes. For the intermediate-advanced yogi, her classes are the best. Minimal instruction but just the right amount (unlike some instructors who rattle on and on) and nice options with weights for those who want to work their arms too. Thank you Erin!!!! Would love if you could offer more advanced and fast moving classes!
Start the class " I will do everything with weights " Mid way .. dropping the weights " I will survive the class" End of class " Yay !! Good that I chose this class" ...One word Wonderful !

Erin, I'm a huge fan and love all the classes I've taken with you. This one is NO exception. Perfect mix of yoga and strength with a good pace and flow. Thank you for "happy baby" at the end. The challenging workout was perfect!!

Awesome class. Loved the lizard pushups and inner thigh leglifts.My legs were burning during those squat pulses.Very different and I will definitely revisit this one.Thanks Erin.Happy weekend!!
I had some extra time today, so I decided to go for a class by Erin that was longer than 45 minutes. It was fantastic. Incorporated strength training balance with all the other parts of yoga that I like. I also like the option that are provided of not using the weights but still doing the movements. Every little bit adds up. The time just flew by. This one is definitely part of my exercise playlist for the future.
Really challenging! Hopefully if I keep at this one I'll build more strength to help me in yoga flows! Thank you Erin. I love your classes. The variety and intensity are wonderful and keep me coming back. Plus, it's great hearing your voice -- so calming and healing. :)
I had some trouble staying connected with breath but omg I've never been able to do 30 secs straight of jumping jacks like in typical HIIT workouts but somehow did here with no problem! I love how good yoga sequence works me up to my max potential without my body feeling shocked like I often do w HIIT workouts. Thank you miss Erin! I love love love your vids.

What a sweat sesh! My weights turned out to be too heavy for the last bit so gave up and went without...awesome class!
Ha! You're loving the sweat inducing classes aren't you Rahul! It's amazing how heavy "light" weights can be by the end of class! Keep it up :)
