Aloha bro I’m on molokai I run my own business sweets auto clean and I’ve grown my gear through your videos and educational segments I real appreciate it bro 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Getting my garage ready for a system and your video was a big help , thanks so much 😊
Just recently did the wall-mount Kranzle after running the cart 1152 (1122) for two years. A big learning experience in itself and loved hunting down the parts to make it all happen. That ability to go out and just get to it without setting up is wonderful. Thanks for the video!
Top-notch high-quality content......another appreciative subscriber :)
The wall mount is the way to go. I have the Active 2.0 and it is great for me since I only take care of my own cars. This is a great breakdown dude.
Thanks. Yeah after using these wall mounted kits I would not want it any other way. Thanks for watching
How’d you get the 2.0 to stay on the wall mount mine keeps tilting and wanting to fall off ??
@@Cristian-tj7btdid you ever find a way to mount it. I just got mine and found some mounting brackets made for the 2.0. The feet pop into them and you can mount the feet to the shelf, I'm waiting for them to come in the mail.
Great tutorial! Thank you for going thru step by step
@@HawaiiDetailingthanks for your videos. Question. Is that the 18” by 8” OG Stainless Steel Pressure washer shelf?
If so could you tell me what the spacing is between both mounting brackets. Trying to see if the mounting part of the shelf will mount to 16” spaced wood studs. Thanks
Yet another awesome video! Can I ask what the measurements are between the stainless shelf and the Coxreel hose reel? Big love from Australia 🇦🇺
Just stumbled on your channel. Watched a video from two years ago and this one. I have to say you look much more fit now. Good job whatever you’re doing. Hopefully some surfing. 🙏
Carnivore diet and light exercise. Funny how fast you drop all the extra stuff you never wanted on your body and add what you did want when on this diet. Thanks.
I have a Ryobi 1800 psi electric pressure washer for cleaning other things around the house. Changing nozzles allow other GPMs, make it more flexible.
Man those bucket stickers are awesome and the detail in them is Sick.
Yeah I like them a lot. They are available on my site for those interested.
Great Content
I have the Kranzle also.
Can I ask what camera and lense you use please 😊
Enjoyed the Video.. I am just a detail enthusiast.. I have the active 2.0 . MTM SG28 , MTM 22.2 foam cannon, flexzilla hose w/ss fittings.. along with a bunch of products and polishers.. it's nice to have the cleanest vehicles on my cul de sac 🤣🤣
FYI, Some of us use our pressure washer more than car washing. Example driveways, sidewalks, siding, fences, decks, etc. So for me, a portable is the way to go. Thanks for the video...
Thank you for this. Seems like all of these guys only wash cars. Is there a built in system like this that is over 3000 PSI that can be used for real work?
I have used this machine on several household chores, such as deck cleaning, house cleaning concrete washing etc. Overall, it has performed quite well for a universal washer. It comes with several attachment heads. I did purchase a surface cleaning tool as well. So far, I can't be more pleased.@@paulbram2
Those pressure washer were meant for car washing. As is a car detailing channel.
I just used my new 2.0 for the first time and man oh man. coming from the k1700 cube the increase in flow is very noticeable rinsing is alot faster with the 2.0.
Great to hear. Hope you enjoy it. As you spend more money the PW's get better and better. Thanks for watching
I’m interested in how you get your DIY detail products on island. Shipping to HI is double the price of the product itself.
Hi sorry about this question.
You did a video about a car pump I believe been trying to find that video I have watched it but I can't find it do you remember the video as I'm trying to find the name is it possible to send me the link I'm looking at getting one the one you did think it was a good one hope you can help it be much appreciated in deed cheers all the best 👍😅
All pressure washers are loud machines. I made a wooden box with sound foam insulation inside, it reduced noise by 60%.
The krensla idk how you spell it proper but that one on the obsessed garage has a new setup they offer.
I’m a victim or the Green Home Depot special. I also have a K1122tst but I don’t use it as much due to the convenience of my cart mounted Ryobi. 😭 Great video, as always!
The biggest point I learned the hard way is making sure the equipment you buy is serviceable! The Kobra Jet hose was a huge upgrade for increasing the performance versus box retailer hoses.
Great video!
My dining room is on the other side of the wall from the garage. Are there any issues with noise or vibration?
Thanks!
Depend on the model pressure washer you get? With the Kranzle it’s very minor if any. The other models will make more noise and unless that wall is sound insulated it might be an issue.
Great video.
Where can you get the metal shelf?
Thanks
Here is a list of all the parts. www.hawaiidetailing.com/wallmountedpressurewasher
what do you do if you live in a cold climate? I worry about hoses, the pressure washer itself, etc freezing and cracking or leaking
You would have to have a winterizing strategy. It comes off the shelf with 2 disconnects so you could store the PW in the house or a heated area and quickly attach as needed. Blow out the hose with an air compressor or unwind and empty it manually. I am in Hawaii so I have not had to do any of this but it would work for sure.
Would the Active 2.0 be good to use for cleaning my driveway as well or would I need to buy a separate pressure washer for that?
It not a ultra high pressure machine. Normally for concrete you want 3000 psi
I’m in a cold climate in the winter (Canada , Alberta ) my TRX pick up wont go in my garage but have to go to a indoor spray wash in winter , on drive home on highway water freezes 😂 should I dry inside or let Mother Nature melt it off the paint? Watch all your stuff so you get a baaaaaam !!
I am not a cold weather expert but there is not much of a difference. It’s all about how you clean it up on the warm days that matters. Use a good process and you will be fine. Thanks for watching. And more hulk slams coming.
Very nice clean set up im doing mine ass well i have a question how high from the floor is your hose bib for your bucket 🪣 filler
Did you use the 3 ft jumper? Would the 2 ft be cutting it to close?
I used the 3' on mine. Used a 2' on this one ua-cam.com/video/BgIXIrFU8F0/v-deo.html
hi im from the Philippines, I need professional advise, should i buy a brand new pressure washer or a pre owned?
They have a limited life expectancy. If I were getting one used I would expect a great deal on a like new machine. If you are unable to know the age or amount of use I would pass and get new. Thanks for watching the Channel.
How wide is the Kranzle pressure water setup? What's your widest point?
As laways, great video Jeremy! I have the first gen Active VE52 for that mobile option but I got my eyes set on getting a Kranzle later this year since I already have the Ultimate package. I have to give you some crap though, why haven't you gotten the bucket dolly connecter plate yet? Heck I am just a weekend warrior and I have two with my four buckets!
Hahaha. My driveway is sloped so I like to be able to move them around individually. Thanks for watching
Another great one thanks. I don't think you need a GFI receptacle if the pressure washer's have one built in the cord.
No but you might want to ply something else in there and there is water? Thanks for watching
The NEC code requires all receptacles in a garage to have GFCI protection (either built into the receptacle or via the breaker servicing the circuit).
I just moved to OAHU and I tried to order a Active 2.0 but AMAZON would not ship here. What is up can you help?
Where can I get that gun nozzle tip?
Here are the links to everything. www.hawaiidetailing.com/wallmountedpressurewasher
…I don’t want to write a thesis on mounting location but all I can say is why not lower position. It seems everyone thinks higher is better but why?
Reel should be ergonomically positioned for reeling. Ultimately up to you.
Is DI filtration required for this system?
Might want to do a bit more research if you are wanting to use some type of di filtration system as the one here isn’t a good choice to use with units pushing 2.0gpm or more.
Why do so many people want their unit on the wall? I have had mine setup inside one of my cabinets with only the reel visible on the wall.
@@HawaiiDetailingthe look of what? People like looking at a pressure washer on the wall?
My Active 2.0 motor died with less than a years use in my home garage with light use. Dedicated 20 amp outlet... Not good!
Wow. That sucks. Complain directly to the company support. That’s not normal.
I just wish Active had a responsive customer care…. They don’t follow up very well with customers and their 800 number does not work. I am reluctant to buy anything anymore from businesses that don’t have a customer care person you can call.
@@sharkeymusic9165 I'm you posted that, I was very close to ordering a 2.0.
Final update active did in fact finally send me a new replacement pressure washer.
why isn’t Obsessed Garage mentioned?
OG is mentioned in the links I have listed to purchase. The links for these PW’s are to his store. I am betting he prefers that type of support if you are interested.
waw
If you're going to go stationary, might as well get a 240v machine that can put out 3-4 GPM.
I went from an Active 2.0 to a CamSpray 3050 (adjustable up to 3000 psi @ 5gpm). It's insane, but also it costs 15x, so... I may have gotten carried away.
The main reason the complete kits would not be one's choice is having several of the pieces already.
That’s true. I have all the parts listed for those peops. Thanks.
I’m going to start calling you Obsessed Garage West. Aesthetically I like the blue OG hose for your setup. That gray one doesn’t look good
Hahaha. A good pressure washer is a good pressure washer. Thanks for watching. Yeah I might switch out soon. ?
Honestly asking why would someone care so much what their hose looks like?
none of these cut it. If you got electric go 220 period and cat pump 18 years in the business if your just washing cars then they work fine but real cleaning no been there done that. Great video thou
great washer. but absolutely not the best performing wall mount option for 2000$ 😅 There's commercial and industrial units that destroy the Kranzle for its price. ive used the Kranzle and although it's quality. irs no where near some commercial electric ones that cost way less. and they out perform it too. if this was 6 to 700 $ sure but its not. its double. I'll get a professional pressure washer for that $ not just a car washer. lol😅 this thing can't clean the floor under the car its cleaning. for 2 grand it better..but it can't.
@marioorozco1 Pressure Pro Eagle or NorthStar with total stop. we're great ones I've used for years adjustable pressure and can clean concrete brick etc with ease. they do pull 20 amps so dedicated outlet needed but if you want the best you should upgrade for it. I'm not bashing Kranzle..its amazing but it's just one of many options visit our talk with Pressure washing companies and research electric washer specs to find what you need. if it's just for car detailing a budget Karcher k1700 is compact portable and gets the job done. i have it and love it but for driveways look for a 3000 psi and over 2.5 gpm gas washer
Everyone wants something different. The type of pressure to clean a floor is not what I want for the car paint. It’s just not needed. I want high water flow, high end build quality that can be serviced, quiet as possible as I am in a residential neighborhood. 1000psi is plenty for my needs. If you want a one pump does all definitely consider a high pressure system.
I’d have to disagree. It’s an ok option.
I am a weekend warrior detailer, not a pro, don't do this for a living. I am rich but I can't fathom spending the money Kranzler is asking. I went with the Karcher and can't be happier. Also can't fathom ripping the walls of my garage to do the plumbing and all the cost of doing all of this, again just to wash some cars every other week.
And I can’t imagine not having one. Everyone is different with how they want to spend their time and money. Thanks for watching
@@HawaiiDetailing How much do you get paid by Kranzler? Just kidding. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
