What round shader size would you recommend for beginners ?
I started doing my lining using round shaders, I feel they make my lines better than when I use regular liners. Is this a bad thing?

They do fine lines. I use them for only fine line tattoos or details
In the difference between round liners and round shaders, obviously the shaders create a bigger line than a liner would, but is there a big difference between one or the other in terms of lining? Like, are there times it would be better to use a shader over a liner, or a liner instead of a shader? if that makes sense?

When it comes to liners and shader tattoo needles I feel there is no specific time that we need to use one over the other or at least I haven’t come across any set of rules. What I have seen is artist will tend to gravitate to round shaders for heavier line weights and smaller line weights they will gravitate to round liners. When we combined the 2 types we get some pretty awesome results. But to answer your question the big difference between the 2 needles is the line weights and the application will vary a bit. It’s up to us how we want to use them I feel.

Are needles interchangeable with different machine
Yes! All needles I have ever tried all fit each other and multiple tattoo machines. You can use any needle you’d like to whatever machine you’d like.

No you can use any needles you’d like! They all should be standard sizing and interchangeable.
No you don’t have to use only dragonhawk needles. You should be able to use any sized needle on the market that you want to use.
if tattooing fake skin, should you still use a fresh/clean needle every time?
Absolutely. Practice practice practice the most crucial part of tattooing. Sanitation! Wrap that machine up everytime proper barrier films gloves ect
and what needle size do u recommend for like lets say a jesus christ tattoo on the arm
