In this video I talk all about little and big things you can do to reduce your stress & anxiety. We cover the very first thing I do when I wake up (watch and see - it's a form of detox), meditation, and food/drink items. Francisco Luna Leyva I think she was referring to the whole routine :) That we often squander 30-40 minutes throughout the day but that if we are genuinely struggling with stress and anxiety then we should get up a little earlier and devote some meaningful time to a relaxed and peaceful routine, like the one she showed :)

Why have I heard more than one UA-camr say they smell when they wake up? Lol morning breath I get, sure. But if I showered the night before I still am clean in the morning. I must not sweat as much as other people or perhaps it’s that some people smell worse than others?
