    practical things: learn to be ok with yourself by being alone; learn to cook your own meals so you won't have to rely on takeout. learn to clean your space. it takes time to clean it, but it makes your life sooo much bearable. learn to make fun of stressful situations because you're going to live with yourself for the rest of your life and if you don't find humor in things, it'll take over your brain :)

    Omggg please do a video on how to study!! Aka taking notes currently in uni and preparing for exams. I’m currently in undergrad and working towards my masters. But I’m struggling so much to balance everything so if you did a video on how you make time to stay organized little hacks and how you organize your time! I’m currently working almost full time, in my undergrad full time and volunteering to get into my masters. So I literally feel like it’s impossible to stay on top of being healthy and organized.

    Mona, I look up to you so much with your channel on health and wellness and how you take such good care of yourself. You’re the epitome of self-respect. My favorite topic in this video was the bit about assertiveness. I feel like women in general, especially attractive women particularly, society wants them to portrays an image of being sweet, all the time. The saying “act like a lady” is a perfect example. Sometimes assertiveness is not “sweet”, it doesn’t mean you have to be rude to people, but it’s definitely a top skill I wish I had learned in my 20s (still working on it!😌)I love your videos girl!!!💜🦋

    Good advice. It is nice to reflect on lessons you have learned throughout the years. I have learned a lot from those older than me, and it has put me on a good path. I avoided a lot of mistakes that way taking their advice. Now that I have lived a little, I should reflect on the lessons I have learned and share them with others.

      didiash Fortunately for me I am a lead tech at my pharmacy and have been with my company for 12 years. My supervisor has supported me all through my career and is anxious to offering me a RPh position when I graduate. Secondly, my family and I have already collected enough money to pay my way through so debt is not an issue for me. I completed my undergraduate completely debt free. I appreciate your concern however, you should be mindful before you attempt to talk down on an individuals career choice. Not everyone comes from a place of lack my dear.

    • @didiash
      @didiash 4 роки тому +1

      @@TheOneAngelina oh good job...point of correction though I wasn't looking down on your career choice. I am a pharmacist and know of more than 15 pharmacists recently laid off (people who have had 17+ years with their companies WAGS,CVS,Walmart....not to talk of some recent graduates being offered 35-47/hr as a pharmacist. So you apparently still have 4yrs of schooling and this is the current market (over saturation and schools keep pumping out graduates) good luck
