Love your decor choices and style. I am honestly over the whole modern farmhouse. So your design is such a breath of fresh air. Nice! P.S. I did a real tile backsplash on a 1970 Shasta. Plenty of miles... No issue. I did add epoxy to the adhesive, but the grout stayed well on its own.
What a killer looking RV, It’s one of the best paint jobs I’ve ever seen. Keep up the hard work you two, looking forward to what to show us next. This is Alan, greetings from Riverside in Southern California.
Beautiful job you guys. I have a 2006 5th wheel. I like the idea of the metal trim on the seams to protect it from leaks. We are having that issue right now.
hey love your videos, im from idaho too and im getting into this too, just bought a 69 nomad camper, cant wait to get into it. thank you for the inspiration
Dude. You did a great job. Love the color choices. I'm looking to make some changes to customize my camper. It has to be dog friendly though. It's a 2019 Coachmen Clipper 21'. I call it my Canine Clipper. This video brought me a ray of inspiration. I just have to find someone to do the hard work for me 😆
I'm curious about the cost. I recently inherited a toy hauler and it's from 2012 and is so outdated but I don't want to spend a lot of money fixing it up!
Can you pleaseeeeeee pleaseeee share in feet how long your trailers are? You mentioned your 1970s trailer was too short but never mentioned how long it was! This one is bigger, but no idea how much longer in comparison to your old trailer
What type of exterior paint did you use and what surface prep did you do? Mine has all the decalls off, the windows and doors are all resealed and she's ready for paint.
@@Mullenthemaker I spray kitchen and architectural cabinets and have sprayed over all types of surfaces but my trailer is that heavy vinyl or fiberglass and I thought maybe an epoxy paint to paint it? Some of it I want to do in a textured black bed liner as well. Thanks for the link.
Unless you just didn't show it most renovations show a whole lot more work prepping the cabinets and such before painting. I hope for your sake the paint job will last awhile. End results are really nice just pray it lasts.
We did a lot of prep. You can look at our other video where we go Into a lot more detail. It’s our first camper mix. Includes sanding, stripping the gloss and painting. So far, three years and they look great.
Why would you paint the cabinets ? What's wrong with the birch color they were. Paint does not hold up well down the road. You'll regret not having those original laminate surfaces that hide scuffs and dirt and are easily cleaned. Not your painted stuff. Hurt your resale also. Ppl want original always. Blue cabinets are hideous.
Yeah, I completely disagree. But to each their own. I’ve done this on my last remodel too. It’s held up great using a high grade paint and a poly finish.
