- With a team of 7 strangers, we completely renovated a gutted RV in ONLY 5 DAYS! And in the desert no less! We were up against a van and bus team to see who could create the coolest adventure vehicle in less than a week. It was absolute insanity, but we somehow pulled it off!…well, mostly. Boy oh boy was this one of the craziest things we’ve ever done!!

That looked amazing! Y’all did a great job! It does help to have a few helpers. You have to remember yours took a year because you did it all by yourself and you took trips in between. You did an excellent job it’s absolutely beautiful! Clementine is still my favorite. I do like the ceiling above the bed the way cool. 🤗🤗
Not gonna lie, I would totally ride in that RV and I hate the 70's but you guys pulled it off even with those furnishings!

Wow, you got to work with DualEx! That dude is a creative master. Some of his ideas on his own projects are genius! He's done a couple of great wooden shower stalls too. Loved that starry night ceiling as well. That was a huge sink, but it was beautiful. Except for the dust, that looked like a lot of fun
Ya, he was amazing to work with! So dang handy and so dang creative! When we decided to do a wooden shower, we came across one of his videos and it made us way more confident in our decision. Such a crazy and amazing experience!

What a team! I’ve watched DualEx for a long time now and think he’s brilliant. Lisa was a happy surprise to see and a throwback for me since my early days of van research. Her conversion is very cool. I’ll have to check out the other team channels. You guys did a ton of work that gelled wonderfully together.

Thanks, Ramona! We honestly needed a week to recover, but we only got one day and then flew to Germany the next day 🤪😅 We definitely hope to reunite the team one day!

Oh gosh, I just spent a week at my brother's house renovating my tiny camper. We didn't do near the work that you did, and we were exhausted! I have a video series on it. Yours looks gorgeous! I'm gonna check out the documentary.

Well that was exciting and educational! It’s nice to know how my future grandchildren will be living. By that I mean be parked, they won’t be able to afford gas either😅
With in 20 years all gasoline vehicles will be off the roads.
Bet you are 100% wrong. People are still driving 1930's vehicles. What are you going to do with all the used gasoline engine s? Dump them in the ocean?
Don't sweat planning a big route. Just take it week to week. The last 2 week trip we did through Colorado we just did what we felt like. Stayed longer in some places if we enjoyed it and left early in other places. It will be a lot more enjoyable that way. Have fun, maybe out paths will cross in the future!

She was! Sadly we didn't get to spend much time with the other teams because it was so intense and full-on, but she's an absolutely amazing artist and such an inspiration!

That's the difference, knowing you know enough to be dangerous is still better than thinking you know it all AND being dangerous. So, you and Eric are still both pretty smart!
Oh you were working eith duelex who is a genius when it comes to rv remodeling. He is so ingenious and kind of a perfectionist as far as attention to detail snd coming up with creative solutions. What fun to work with him. I follow his channel too cuz I love his ideas. Exciting to see the before and after

If one can add some kinda slab to cover the sink, even just half of it then you can get some extra counter space. A faucet whose tap can be moved to the side would make sure nothing is obstructing you when you are using the makeshift counter.

I have a question I just bought a camper and I'm remodeling it I wanted to do a solar system I see you said you had 400 amp hours of battery life but what happens after you run that out say if you're running a AC 24/7 all day around after the 400 hours are out what's going to happen do you have to buy new batteries or does the solar panel charge up the batteries?
