PRODUCT UPDATE (post video): following valuable feedback from our customers please note the lower pivot to inner stick assembly is now a push fit to allow for easier assembly.
The kit also now includes a longer grub screw, Nordlock washer and nut to use when assembling the upper and lower stick. Kit now also contains an o-ring - this fits at the top of the inner stick.

So today I spent six hours trying to put the assembly back together. Every time I did up the four screws, the gear selector would ham. Turns out I wasn’t doing it right

I just installed a Slickshift kit on my Puma yesterday. The video instructions were perfect - just played them on my phone as I was doing the install. Thanks for all the help!

Rough looking install, there is no need to rip everything if your are careful and don't rush like this
