R380 "Slickshift" installation

The "Slickshift" manufactured by Synchro Gearbox is composed of a spacer and a selector lever having a larger lever than the original. This helps reduce shift knob travel and gives you more precise gear ratio selection.
It can be installed in a few minutes on the LT77 and R380 gearboxes which fitted the Land Rover Defender and Discovery until 2007.
