Sorry but you and Engadget provided the least informative mini review I’ve seen out of 5 today. You didn’t even mention the AMOLED screen?? I don’t work for Google.
I do not miss the jack so its inclusion is no big deal, but losing water-resistance is a deal-breaker as my locale gets pretty wet quite often. It is a one-trick pony, the camera and that is great but lacking in hardware, no wide-angle or optical zoom (use mostly), and pretty average videography. Not sure I would ever buy a phone just for one camera lens especially as this is the same as the Pixel 2 and others have caught up. I would say these reviews are pro-Google but YT influencers were really tough on Pixel 4, so maybe just lacking in analysis and fixating on one feature, the camera? Battery life is fine but running a low-power SoC that is the minimum you would expect and is faint praise indeed. My advice is to get a flagship from last year, for instance, I got a P30 Pro for £560 with £300 free gifts on contract so works out cheaper and is better in every way!

Ffs the prices are so different allover this planet.
Even now in 2021 august the pixel 4a doesn't even come close to 349$ in my region.
The cheapest I could find one was for 450$.So I bought the Pixel 3 instead, new ...for 337$, 64GB true but still.
The same sensor on the camera ...image processing dedicated chip...ip68.
Headset in the box.Better materials.
Double front facing cameras.
SD 845 vs SD 730G.
White with green button.
I don't understand this stupid marketing strategy.Just because it has 2Gb of ram more and a slightly bigger battery?
3140mAh vs 2915 mAh.
Needs to be water resistant so I can wash the covid off it regularly.
yes that's a deal breaker for me 💦
I spray mine with isopropyl and wipe it off, washing it every time is a bad idea even with IP rating.
@@Angultra Just be aware that Isopropyl can weaken the special coating that is put on screens of the latest smartphones.
You may notice your fingerprints/ smudges showing up more as the special coating gets removed from repeated use of Isopropyl.
@@user-vf3lx9ix3e I use 70% which I read should be fine, but thanks I will look more into it.
Hey average consumers this 4a has your name on it? 349.00 USD, what, huh, yes absolutely. At this price it's a definite no-brainer! Like MC 🔨 said, you can touch this at this fan-tab-ulous price? A 🌃 night sight 📷 that actually competes with the top 🐕 ies, yikes....
Google give me pixel 🥺 please
Shall we wait for the Pixel 5 or the pixel 4A with 5G, or better yet, not to mention the Pixel 6?
I'm still waiting to renew pixel 4A with 5G that will be released in October,
In short, the Pixel 4A cannot be purchased until October 1, 2020
In spain 389€ is expensive¡¡¡¡¡( pixel4A)
Bro this phone comes out in October, so I’ll have to go to school for a whole month without a phone, then there’s me having to buy my gf her birthday present, but at least it’s cheap😁.
Moto g power
I'm pretty sure if you pre-order it gets shipped on August 20th
At least you have a gf...
It comes out the end of August. Not October.
Project 7419 oh cheers bro, thanks for telling me that’s made my day, you have a nice day.
This has got be the worst review of the Pixel 4a by far. No mention of the haptics, analysing a phone's video capabilities through 1080p when the phone supports 4k, speaker performance etc. The phone is great, the review not so much.
every battery beats the iphone se at this point
Great reviewer!
Wow🔥🔥🔥
I need battery test 4a
To The nord would be a better comparison
Pixel 4a is just a midrange Smartphone with so many compromises and with only basics...
Check out i posted about it..
2:41 hey i do cross stitch 😄
I would like to know the Radiation / SAR value of Pixel 4a... This I believe, is one of the most important things to be considered these days.
@ That depends on which model you are talking about. Xiaomi Mi A1 has the highest SAR among all. But Mi Note 8 Pro has considerably low, even lower than some of the bests in the business.
Pixels are so boooring :( I wish they justy made a phone people actually want instead just a phone just a few people want. Mostly fans.
If it had any less than 128GB base storage it would be sad. The 64GB option should be dead atleast 3 years ago. Atleast for phones that don't even have a memory card option!
Finally!
No wireless charging ? No water resistance? No thank you . I mean I rather get a used phone with more features
Riding a bike with ome hand is dangerous!
watching this on my iphone se 2. lol
Why are you not pointing out that it has an OLED screen? Dumb review...
