You’re so kind. My biggest tip would be to just go at your own pace and listen to your body. Lower the spring tension (or up it for more support on abdominal work) and slow down your reps whenever needed. This will be the best way to build your strength. Keep doing this workout in particular and it will get easier each time. Thank you so much for your message and support!
