    I saw the small weights and thought “ oh this one should be easy, how hard can it be?”
    Wow this kicked my booty 😂 my legs were jell-o for the rest of the day and felt it all over the following day! Nothing better than a super challenging Pilates workout!

    You are amazing! So strong and graceful. I just couldn't manage all of this workout. Any tips/ suggestions?

      You’re so kind. My biggest tip would be to just go at your own pace and listen to your body. Lower the spring tension (or up it for more support on abdominal work) and slow down your reps whenever needed. This will be the best way to build your strength. Keep doing this workout in particular and it will get easier each time. Thank you so much for your message and support!

    A lot of exercises, some very interesting, surely useful for body conditioning, but THIS IS NOT PILATES.
