I used to running to help my mental health my anxiety has gotten worse than before (always comparing myself to others plus had no support from my family). Since then I do Nicole's workouts for 1.5 year my mental and physical has been better than ever. I am thankful for her every day❤❤
Wow! This was super challenging. I used to hate when a workout was hard and now I've learned to love it. I'll come back to this one a few times in the next month until it becomes less challenging! 🙃

This was so good to do. I’ve given up all my crazy workouts now and only do Nicole’s ones. They help my anxiety and help heal my mind as well as working and strengthening every muscle in my body.
The only thing I do different is the abs part as I have a slight gap after having my kids so I do my own variety of moves until the gap has gone. It’s almost gone though doing Pilates everyday! ❤❤
So inspiring! I’m thinking I might want to give up my more intense workouts and give this a try. Do you follow her weekly workout plans or just pick ones that speak to you? Do you do cardio separately or do you feel you get enough with her workouts? Thank you for sharing your inspiration!
@@racheladams7118 hi yea I only do Nicole’s one and sometimes other core workouts 5 mins as I’m short on time for long ones sometimes. I don’t do any cardio but I walk 4 miles a day doing trips to my kids school and back.
@@racheladams7118 I don’t follow the calendar as I’m not really a fan of yoga only Pilates. But I do like the stretches she does 😀

Deuxième séance de yoga de ma vie, je n'avais pas du tout aimé la première (avec une autre youtubeuse), je n'arrivais rien à faire, c'était beaucoup trop dur et j'ai abandonné me disant que ce n'était pas pour moi.
J'ai retenté aujourd'hui avec Nicole, c'est trop bien, je ne suis pas capable de tout faire correctement évidement mais c'est accessible, et tout mon corps brule, je sent que ça a travaillé et je me sent relaxé. Merci beaucoup, le début d'une longue série je l'espère

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you Nicole! Thank you for making move, I haven’t worked out in years and haven’t been motivated enough to work out. I don’t like high intensity workouts, I get bored easily and I just don’t enjoy them. Since I have found your chanel, I have been working out every single day and I feel amazing! I know it’s little but i cried everytime i manage to finish every set. I had a health scare recently and your pilates workout has helped me immensely. just getting up from a couch was already so hard and now it’s not so painful anymore! thank you nicole for all that you do!

I love your videos. Could you make a few more beginner friendly or low impact videos? More-so floor work-going from the floor to standing triggers my symptoms. Morning, Nicole. I've been your loyal subscriber for some time as your dancer lengthening body drills suit my body and my way of understanding exercise. I simply love what you do and would like to continue taking your class. My request to you is to reduce the strenuous elbow supported exercises -the various full or side planks as they are hard on the arm joints in the long run, or at least give us the alternative. Nicole.. that was insane! The sweat was pouring off me but I was super proud that I was able to do everything.. although I did have to drop the weights when it got to the bend and side plank bit ! I've been practicing with you for nearly two years. Can't imagine my life without it. I have a question if that's ok.. what do you do for exercise? hiii, rn i'm in vacations but next week i'm starting uni again, at what time do you wake up to do the workouts? i get anxious about not having enough time to shower and arrive late to school :(
hi!@@anagram425 my classes usually start at 10 am, so I should leave home at 9 am. Usually I wake up at 7 or 7.30 so i could train this time) You can save your time by cooking breakfast in advance and showering before bed) That's what I do to have additional time in the mornings

I tried it and my mat was so slippery I couldn't even to the side squads. This was my first ever intermediate workout and I'm not sure if I'm ready for this intense power yet. I'll stick with moderate for now, but it was great nonetheless!! I'll be back!
