Alright No. I'm not okay with anyone calling these exercises a scam. I've lost 15 lbs and I have built muscle from watching and benefitting from videos on this channel! I am very proud of myself. Last time I checked, when progress is made, it's working. I will not stop pushing!

Truly, a great ab workout for the beginner! I've been working out for 18 months+ but I've been neglecting my core until recently, and most ab workouts are too advanced for me to perform the moves properly, despite not being new to exercise. This is one I can actually DO, so I know it's working.

Thank you for this! I'm recovering from thoracic strain with no strength in my rotator cuff and this has been pretty much the only ab exercise I can do that doesn't exacerbate my injury. I appreciate it and sharing with friends!

I am so happy i came across your channel. This is everything i needed to build my strength and other workouts. I had stopped working out after having my kids and it’s been 5 years. @@snehank3965 I know I'm 3 years late, but no, you're only working the ab muscles, has nothing to do with your bones, you don't fully finish growing till you are 26 (other cartilage turning into full bones, like in your hands etc) but yeah, it depends on your genes and if you have the tall traits you'll grow, if not, meh :')

Going to add this to my workout routine starting tomorrow 3/22/2018 for a 30 day challenge. I used your 20 min shoulder workout for recovery from shoulder surgery last August. You helped me regain motion, I'm back to 100% thanks to all of you at Hasfit.

You must give your abs at least a day to recover. We'd recommend doing it 2-3 times in a week.

First day , first set. Wow I feel it all through my core and abs. Thx coach. I will stay with this one until I need something more advanced. Fits right into my every other day of leg and abs. I also walk 15 minutes and ride a recumbent bike 20 minutes everyday. plus I stretch 3 times daily.

I have been doing your workouts regularly in between my Muay Thai classes. Muay Thai is very hard on the body and I find your workouts really help get me running smoothly again, almost like putting oil on a hinge. I get very sore from the MT sessions and your workouts are very thorough and get my body loose and relaxed again. Keep up the great work and I will share these with my friends! :)

Hi New Spirit! Diastasis Recti requires very specific movements for healing and correction. To help close the gap, movements such as glute bridges, side planks, and bodyweight squats can help. Strengthening your core slowly by taking daily walks, performing child's pose, and psoas release stretches can help.
So I would like to know many times a week I should do this routine. Today will be my 2nd time this week . I did this workout day before yesterday and I still feel my abs from that workout. Nice stuff. Don't ever remember feeling my abs for that long...Happy ...happy ..happy. Thx coach.
Don't do the same workout everyday. That yields very little results as your body will adapt to that routine. Do other HASfit routines every day and that should help with burning calories quicker.

I have been doing your videos. You are a great instructor. I was born with weak abs. After 3 kids and getting much older they got far worse. I did a different beginner ab, but it was too easy.
This is one of best ones I have done.. I am unable to do the final exercise. I can't put my arms behind me like that.
I had 2 back surgeries and 3 right knee surgeries. I also have RA. I
do your 18 minute sciatica work out and it really works. I believe I may have another herniated disc. So thanks! Please do more ab videos that aren't impossible. I was a runner for a long time. And ran 5 miles most days. Then I got out of shape. I am no stranger to exercise.
I've been doing the harder workouts even though I'm a beginner lol, glad to see something I can do a bit easier, but I like pushing myself

i'm not very fit, but this comment will be for me to write my progress down.
Day 1, July 28th, the first round of exercises weren't that bad but i definetly felt it a lot on my core which is good! the second round i thought would be easy but it was actually pretty hard, so it was pretty tough.
Day 2, July 29th, was looking forward to doing it but something in my body was like don't do it but i then ignored it and did the workout again, it was still tough but i know this is only the 2nd day of me doing it.

I've started to work out myself and this video really does help out alot but the thing that isn't helping me is my diet. My family doesn't really exercise much and sometimes we don't eat healthy so hopefully I can change that in a few days

Im always doing this exercise 3x in a row per day and after a week and half i can see changes thanks much coach kozak and hasfit.
just one question, i noticed that my upper abs is developing but lower abs is not that visible, is this routine only works for upper or the entire 6 pack abs? tia hasfit
This routine is for your entire abdominal area and the lower ab area is usually always the last place that will lose the fat. This is remedied more by your diet and not the exercises that you do. My suggestion is to dial in your nutrition and opt for more vegetables, lean protein, and more whole foods in general. You'll get there!

It's all about nutrition and your diet. Eat more vegetables and lean protein to help you fill more full. Starches and carbs are great in moderation as well as fats.
so should i continue daily with your same exercise .. is it possible that the same exercise will reduce belly fat
