I have to say, out of all the workout videos I’ve watched on youtube, this channel’s are the best at motivating me. Sexy, “tank top ready” arms aren’t really why I’m doing this. It’s nice that here they remind me to focus on my own, individual goals

Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.

*So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*
I've only done this workout 5 times and my muscles are growing already. Awesome.

I've been using Hasfit for a few years now. I like to do the 13 minute standing abs workout, as I cannot move very well, following an ankle operation. This just suits me. I've done a few others though., but the 13 minute just fits my schedule. I miss it if I don't do it, and anybody can fit 13 minutes into their day. I love these two instructors and feel like they are family now, as I follow them in my living room. Their messages during the workout should be listened to.

Triceps 12 reps stop at 90 degree angle, pulse 15 seconds, hold 15 seconds

Overhand bicep curls 5 reps 0-90 degrees x5, 90-180, full range

Just discovered your channel and I am LOVING all the options. I have been wanting to get into strength training more but with no guidance, I felt kinda lost. I have picked up bits and pieces over the years but I have confidence with follow along videos. I love the variety of workouts and the variety of workout lengths. I have no doubt I'll always be able to find a workout to fit my needs. Thank you again. I also shared your 20 minute seated workout with my mom who has MS and struggles physically. She is also excited to try it.
