    I just started, and I was looking all over to find videos light for overweight people like me. Also your explaining very simple.I did the whole exercise for 30 minutes for biggners . Thank you so much Maddie !!!❤❤

    Hey Maddie and thank you so much for your hard work! I have been following your workouts for some time now and I cannot express my gratitude for you through words. I've slowly changed from working out compulsively to actually enjoying it because of how good it makes me feel.     -) it's apartment friendly
    -) not too long, perfect 15 min

    Ohmigosh this is **SO MUCH FUN!!!** I'm only now just starting to exercise, but doing it along with Maddie makes it so cool! Her instructions are so awesome, and tips like "take each repetition at your own pace" are so reassuring too. You're incredible Maddie and the entire MadFit team! thank you all **so much**, you're all true heroes!

    I did this today and it felt effective. Just a bit fast for me at times so went at my own pace. Really struggled with the plank exercises.
