  • How to make jowar khichdi for weight loss
    Ingredients;
    Jowar 1 cup
    Groundnut-3 Tablespoon
    Few curry leaves
    Onion-1
    2-3 green chillies
    Add veggies also if you want
    3-4 garlic chopped
    Procedure;
    Take 1 cup of jowar rinse and soak over night
    Next day morning add soaked jowar in a pressure cooker cook for 5-6 whistles
    Now in pan add 3 tablespoon ground nut and roast for 3 min
    Let it cool and remove peel and crush lightly and keep a side
    In a pan add 2 teaspoon oil
    Add 1 teaspoon mustard,cumin let them slupter
    Now add garlic,green chilli,onion and curry leaves
    Saute for 3 min
    Now add boiled jowar and saute for 3-4 min and add crushed ground nut
    Add pich of turmeric if you want
    Garnish with coriander leaves and half lemon juice
    Serve hot and enjoy healthy breakfast
