I started The 7 day fusion workout yesterday with hips and glutes after 30days off workout for the Ramadan. I loved that i came back after the break i experienced sore and aches in my thighs and glutes though but not giving up. Just completed DAY 2. Feeling stronger and happier with Heather Robertson workouts always.

I just finished the 12 week 2.0 and these Fusion Flow sessions are the perfect switch up. The moves look so pretty that I initially thought that they might be a little easy? But, no, I was so wrong!! Very tough and very sweaty!! Love it!! ♥️♥️♥️
This Sesh comes in a very needed time for me since I’ve been struggling with chronic lumbar pain and needed something harmless and stress relieving! And I love u and am grateful Heather for this with all my ❤!!
Agreed - the 12 weeks programme was a long haul and this feels like a welcome change of pace for a short break, which is fab. I'm beginning to mix them up a bit now, but I feel that Heather makes a conscious effort to set the routines up correctly for muscle groups so reluctant to mess with her programme too much!
The yoga fusions are the bomb. Never feels like I’m doing less on those days, my entire body has had both a challenge and stretch and as always just the best music. Keep doing you ! (Oh and more fusions please I’d love a 15/20 min one for those rushed days) ;-)
Loving these workouts - and the music! After working out with you regularly for over 2 years, I caught Covid last month and had to take 3 weeks off to properly recover. I needed something relatively gentle to get me back up to speed and these are perfect - thank you for being there once again when I needed you!
These fusion workouts are great for me to get back into it after a wee break from many years of fairly consistent training. I’m a bit older now ( 50) and having a bit of shoulder pain but these are great Heather - perfect for me !

I really loved this one. I am just now getting into pilates and Barre as well as yoga fusion and I love it. Even after weight lifting for years these moves are so challenging and incorporate muscles I can tell I have neglected. Afterwards I feel calm but also am super sweaty lol
Thank you so much for doing this fusion flow series. I tore my PCL in January and am still not able to do any intense jumping and need a lot of stretching. These workouts allow me to challenge myself by stretching and strengthening muscles while protecting my joints! Please do more of these in the future!
