    After 3.5 years of Heather workouts, I not only don't mind half standups like I used to, I can actually keep up with HR. That's a win in my book!

    I usually am a silent viewer that never comments on one's video, but today I want to take this time to thank you for your hard work. I think we cannot realize how much work you invest in these series of workouts, but I want to tell you that your videos are a life changer! I am so thankfull that you provide us these free, complete and effective workouts videos.     Woah! This one took me a while to finish. Just a little bit longer. Today happens to just be a day where I did NOT want to workout. My body is feeling tired and overall i feel exhausted. Totally NORMAL to have these days. But I pushed through and got it done. I do feel better then before my workout now time to get my day started. 💪🏼 🔥

    Ty Heather, wow weee! Decided to go heavy today 🥵 so glad I did, as it shows how far I have come, and it's all thanks to you and these workouts. Very happy I am a part of this HR community. Nothing but good vibes here! Btw I did my first Goblet squat with 20.5kg. It's been a long time coming. Yippee! ❤❤

    My 'hiney' & legs are def feeling the burn with this WO. But just a relief I got through this hump day's wo. I mean I have to look at the bigger picture here...toned bum and toned legs for spring and summer..ALL thanks to the one and only Heather, woot woot!

    Amazing workout!! I definitely had to modify! I love the hamstring curls! I workout barefoot and had no problem with it. My son came downstairs twice thinking I was calling him. But, nope! Just yelling my way through a Heather Robertson leg strength workout. I'll be ok!

    That was great, thank you 😊. I loved the hamstring curls….but what you said at the end was best….”we’re leaving the legs alone for an upper body strength workout”…..my favourite workouts 😊

    Loving the challenging increase in rounds/circuits/reps! The variety of moves gives my mind and body step out of the comfort 💪🏼 🏋🏻‍♀️ 🦵

    Woweee Heather! This one was a doozie! 😅I wanted a tough lower body strength workout, and this was IT! 🔥Talk about progressive overload and burnout! My quads and glutes are thoroughly toasted, in the best possible way. 😁 I loved it!

    Doing things a little out of order due to work travel. Loved this lower body workout. Arms are jello from the upper body I did yesterday. Legs are already feeling it. Loved it! ❤

    Loved this class. Great combination of moves. Kept my heart rate up the whole time. Would love the work phase to be 45 min plus warm up and cool down but I realize you need to after to all. Love this program ❤❤❤
