After 3.5 years of Heather workouts, I not only don't mind half standups like I used to, I can actually keep up with HR. That's a win in my book!

Woah! This one took me a while to finish. Just a little bit longer. Today happens to just be a day where I did NOT want to workout. My body is feeling tired and overall i feel exhausted. Totally NORMAL to have these days. But I pushed through and got it done. I do feel better then before my workout now time to get my day started. 💪🏼 🔥

Amazing workout!! I definitely had to modify! I love the hamstring curls! I workout barefoot and had no problem with it. My son came downstairs twice thinking I was calling him. But, nope! Just yelling my way through a Heather Robertson leg strength workout. I'll be ok!

Doing things a little out of order due to work travel. Loved this lower body workout. Arms are jello from the upper body I did yesterday. Legs are already feeling it. Loved it! ❤

Loved this class. Great combination of moves. Kept my heart rate up the whole time. Would love the work phase to be 45 min plus warm up and cool down but I realize you need to after to all. Love this program ❤❤❤
