IGg food allergy test saved my life. If i eat eggs, milk, turkey, bananas, and sunflower seeds they give me severe, suicidal depression. It takes 3 full days to recover after the ingestion.
They say we should have a healthy diet but here in US some families can't afford the healthy foods. The junk food is more affordable. They need to fix this.
Leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, fruits etc are all considerably cheaper than any meal you could get at fast food joints. Therefore I'd argue it depends on what junk food you're talking about.

The brain is a hungry hungry organ, in fact it's the hungriest part of our body. You must keep it nourished, and things like memory loss and depression can be signs of malnourishment.
@@downbntout So you don't think micronutrients should be considered nutrients or what is the point you are trying to make? Amino acids which is also on the list are all macronutrients and not micronutrients if we are going to go into the details but whatever.

The gut is the second brain. Some would say the first. You know that feeling you get in your gut? Trust it.
This has encourage me to eat organic food because of the simple fact that I have mental health problems I want my mind healthy
There are various other factors at play other than that that can cause depression whether genetic or environmental.
