    It really does make you feel better after you do it, I also felt my abs during all the workouts.

    I added this on to a Wake-up with Joe workout. It’s great and flies by. I was feeling down when I woke up but your workouts lift my mood, thanks Joe x

    Love an abs work out
    This was a great little session
    Couple of different variations 1 or 2 of them I found quite tough but I do love to try and challenge myself and push my body

    Ong when you do a hit workout and add this to the end it’s a killer i feel great but it’s hard but I got through it

    The straight arm plank position is so hard as I feel such a burn in my shoulders and upper arms and cant even focus on abs, any tips?

    Great workout, but the grunts and saying it's hard puts me off..😂😅
