Couple of different variations 1 or 2 of them I found quite tough but I do love to try and challenge myself and push my body

The straight arm plank position is so hard as I feel such a burn in my shoulders and upper arms and cant even focus on abs, any tips?
Great workout, but the grunts and saying it's hard puts me off..😂😅
